Had a great year-long experience with Dr. Meshberger and his nurse, Alex. He was incredibly thorough, explained all lab results in detail and was honest when he wasn't sure and needed to refer me to a different specialist.

If I could give this office a 1 star I would. We have never dealt with an office more unprofessional. They have changed appointment times without notification, said they left voicemails when they haven't, the wait times to see the doctor has been up to 3 1/2hours, and nurses never know what is going on. We have been so patient with this office but will be changing doctors.

This office is horrible. I had a telehealth appt with Dr. Stafford. They called me to confirm my appt at the appt time, so already they are late. Then 45 minutes AFTER my appt they call me telling me the doctor wants to see me in person! What is the difference? Then I tell them call me back in 15 minutes so I can get my calendar but don't call after 10 as I will be in a work meeting.

Guess what? They call after 10. Then I call back and they tell me sorry you were unable to make your telehealth appt we need to schedule another appt. Okay FU at this point. Then they can't figure out how to schedule a lab and appt. Then I leave another message no one calls back. Next day automated msg about me missing my appt and I need to make another appt.

I press correct key to schedule appt. I get disconnected. i call back no one answers. I mean COME ON! Plus the doctor isn't great. He tells me he has over 3000 patients. Oh, and that's great so you can't really give anyone great treatment when you have so many patients. This is a joke. I can't wait to move and change my doctor!

Great services and great doctors. Lab on site, for doctors who need lab done before they see you.over all a great place to go for doctors in Nephrology associates.

Slow, slow, slow.front desk & temp taker at door very unfriendly. I did not see a name tag on the receptionist. She was very loud (HIPPA?). Everyone knows your business. Both are no-nos. They schedule labs one hour before appointment and then you have to wait, wait, wait. Dr. Ginther is nice. Does a great job of explaining everything. We thought we were seeing him, but NO, we were told we were seeing the nurse practitioner.

Docs are great nurses are awesome. check I staff are B's with a capital B.

This is a great facility very busy but they do a lot of things to make the life of those in need of a nephrologist feel a little better. They see a large number of patients a day but they take the time to address the issuesand answer the questions you may have. All in all a very good place with all around great staff.

Find another doctor. This practice (Dr. Stafford) has seen me 3x since last fall for declining kidney function billing over $3000 and the sum total of their diagnosis is "your kidney function is declining, don't change anything." Gee thanks. I could have saved myself a couple house payments and been in the same condition. Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes whenever you call the office and for the nurse to not communicate with you as an added bonus.
