Today I hand an appointment at the gun barrel location. I saw Katie. Her nurse Brenda was the sweetest. She was so kind and even though It was the first time at this location she made me feel so comfortable. It was like talking to a friend. She didn't rush me she took time with me and really listened to what I was saying. Thank you Brenda for your time today. Katie was super nice also, very kind and compassionate. Thanks ladies.

Receptionist rude. Office manager would not get on the phone. Calling to complain Re: Erin Scarborough's terrible service. My wife plans to take her 9+ years of business somewhere else.

Will not call back when you leave messages. Do not care to hear patient concerns. There is absolutely no humanity here.

They disregarded my concerns about tumors in my uterus and told me not to worry about it, it was simply a fibroids. Thankfully I mentioned this to my doctor and was referred to Dr. Furr. I was scheduled for surgery within a week. The " fibroids" were stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma. The endometriosis was so severe that a 2 hour surgery lasted 6. Ovaries covered in cyst. Being an active cancer patient at the time, it was INCREDIBLY irresponsible. Never again.

I have been coming to this office for 14 years. I have always had a great experience. The staff, nurses and Doctors are great! I use Leigh Faerber CNM.

The OB GYN doctors and nurses at WISH are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They are friendly, make you feel at ease and offer many options to some of the women's issues that I face. I would highly recommend this group.
