I will never go anywhere but CHI Memorial again. Erlanger doctors nearly killed me so we fired them all and went the CHI Memorial. Thank God I'm still here because of their extraordinary care, from a very serious surgery to my care post-surgery. They were all amazing and I'm so grateful. Thank you!

My experience at the breast center was very good. I was well pleased with the staff and especially the young lady Mary Beth who did my mammogram. The breast center is also very beautiful. Mary Ellen Locher 's legacy is a great gift to this city.

Dr. Powers is one if not the best doctors I've ever seen. Asks me if I have any questions and explains my diagnosis so I can understand it. He makes me feel at ease and seems interested in my health. When I had a stress echocardiogram, the technician was so very nice and encouraged me to ask questions as we went along on the test.

CHI Memorial is a great hospital. The nurses that cared for me we're awesome. I was well informed of my procedure. Awesome people work here. I have had 4 surgeries and several procedures here and I have never been unhappy. Highly recommend CHI Memorial Hospital.

Visit was confusing. Wasn't sure were to park or enter the hospital. I went in one entrance and was told to go back outside, go up the stairs around the building and enter thru another entrance. Went in the other entrance to have temp checked and get a mask. Told the greeter where I needed to go. She tells me to "go stand by that desk and I'll have someone come get you and take you to that area".

I stand by the desk, I'm still standing by the desk and no one has come for me. After 20 minutes of standing and waiting I ask the lady when is someone going to come get me? She says "oh you have to ask one of our workers at the information desk to take you". 4 people sitting behind the information desk chatting and laughing with one another and not a one of them would look at me and ask if I needed help. Ridiculous! My Dietitian was good, she seemed rushed but was very informative.

Check in folks were not friendly during my visits, except for one middle aged gentleman who was kind to me while verifying insurance and payment. I so appreciated the Nurse who prayed with me before my big serious EKG. PRAYER AND KINDNESS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. AS A CHRISTIAN, I WOULD RETURN to this location, always, if I knew all doctors and nurses employed PRAYER to Our Great God BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER TREATMENT.

This One Nurse UNDERSTOOD What The Heart Center was created for and Why CHI Memorial exists. I was thankful ALL 3 of my heart tests came back displaying Low Risk. I find CHI Memorial to be faster with Test Results than Erlanger. I would return to this facility for the kindness of my check in guy and the kindness of the nurses who took time to understand the serious nature of my situation - and one of them prayed with me.

I had back surgery an it went well. The nurses were amazing! Especially Jason and Sharon! Jason was so much fun and kept a smile on my face and Sharon is just a ball of delightful sunshine. Anesthesia was explained thoroughly and my concerns were addressed and resolved by the anesthesiologist. Dr. Jolley was easy to talk, explained the procedure and answered all my questions.

I was comfortable for the most part but I took a star off because I was waiting for 4 hours for my surgery and I needed something for pain because I had been in the hospital bed the entire time and my back had gotten very sore. It took a little longer than it should have to get pain medicine to me because they thought I'd be going back at any moment.

I became irritated and a bit grumpy but once Jason brought me some medicine and we chatted, I was in much better spirits. All in all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Memorial Hospital and Dr. Jolley.

Very clean an kind nurses that i had on the orthopedic surgical floor. Not one nurse was rude or uncaring. They have upbeat personallys. Cleaning lady very kind also. During this covid the kitchen food is just so so.

Memorial Hospital offers top notch patient care. Everyone who works there is extremely nice and professional. It is also one of the cleanest hospitals I have ever seen.
