Colonoscopy is one form of colorectal cancer screening. Colonoscopy patients fall into 3 different categories and strict coding guidelines are used to determine under which category (screening vs. diagnostic) you may fall. These guidelines may exclude those patients with a history of gastrointestinal issues from taking advantage of the procedure at no cost.

Audrey who works in this office does not return phone calls and creates barriers to patient access to healthcare. After an exhausting chase for months, I finally called another local GI and had an appointment and paperwork completed within an hour. From reviews, it appears that Dr. Goodman is a great healthcare provider, but due to the incompetence of this office staff member, my trust has been broken and I cannot recommend him. Respectfully, J. Mark

Their office contacted me for an appointment because my Primary sent them a referral.they must have left me on hold for at least 10 Min. I hung up and called back and she apologized and said "hang on I'll get the Nurse in just a few seconds".I could tell that being on hold was going to be another adventure. HORRIBLE office staff. I had to call them back and tell them &%$#)*O^! Good luck getting through. (One star was too many)

I found Dr. Goodman's office staff to be untruthful. I would not consider dealing with this practice unless the staff developed more integrity. With gastroenterologists in abundance, I'll take a raincheck on the frustrations of dealing with an unprofessional staff. Honesty is always the best policy.
