The Center for Eye & Laser Surgery and Adoro Medical Spa in Severna Park, Maryland was founded by Dr. Elba Pacheco in 1999. Don't be fooled and cheated! I went back a couple of weeks later after an initial treatment because I was not happy with my Botox results. I knew to wait a few weeks because it can SOMETIMES take a while to get final results. I had specifically asked for Botox, which she said she doesn't usually use. I've been getting BOTOX for years and never had any issues.
It works for me. I never had to go back for a second treatment ANYWHERE. When I went back she said I needed more. They proceeded to charge me for a whole new treatment. I called back a few days later to ask a question and found out that she used Dysport the second time. She NEVER told me that she wasn't using Botox On me. I don't like Dysport and for all she knew, I might be allergic to it. This is a fraudulent and unethical practice for a DOCTOR.

Thought I was receiving Botox but Dysport was used instead, which doesn't last as long. I wasn't informed about the switch in product used until I called back. This was after I went back because I was not happy with initial results. Then I was charged AGAIN. Too bad, I was hoping to find a good place to go back to. Don't waste your time or money here.

I go to Dr. Pacheco's office for cosmetic procedures. First of all everything is always clean, front desk stuff are very welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Pacheco is the best with all cosmetic fillers and injections. She is very conservative with not overdoing it. Several of my friends never considered lip fillers until they saw Dr. Pacheco work on me. She is like an artist. Nothing but an enhanced natural look.

If you're looking for a place to feel beautiful with professional quality, this is not the place! Think twice before going here. I initially went this spa because I figured a Doctor would be best to address the tear trough area. Dr Pacheco has zero concern for client satisfaction. All she wants is a sale. She bruised me on each injection and it did not fade for 10 days.
I get fillers and Botox elsewhere and have never bruised in my life (been getting injections for years). This was my first negative experience ever. She left my tear trough not only uneven but a HUGE vein popped under my eye. When I went back to see what she could do, she said nothing. I asked for her to refund me some of the money since I spent over $3k between that and Thermage and her response was "oh is that why you're here and called staff into the room".
For over an hour I tried to explain how I paid money and was very dissatisfied with my service and if other people there spend $3000 and leave with uneven filler and a huge vein under their eye, they'd be too. Poor poor Service she could've cared less. I will be spending the rest of my week working with an attorney to resolve this matter. It will cost me more money in legal fees but I don't feel she should have this approach to people who are trying to improve themselves and definitely not someone who is running a spa where you're supposed to relax and enjoy the service you are getting. I hope this review and the legal actions make her reflect about how she treats her clients AND Most importantly how she delivers her services

Dr Pacheco's office is very "spa" like, warm and personal just like her staff. Her demeanor is very professional and kind. She ask you what your goals and then looks you over and then you both make the choice. I had eye lid surgery and I can not even see a scar. She goes for a natural look. Great Doctor and a true artist.

Hands down the best Medical Spa in the area! The microneedeling and hydrafacials are fantastic and I have personally done two packages (sets of 4/6 treatments at a discounted rate). My skin has improved with the overall appearance and significantly with scaring diminishing. Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly. Adoro also practices amazing COVID precautions in the office and with customers. Highly recommend

Have always had the utmost of professional experiences at Adoro. In a phrase - Dr. Pacheco just gets it. She understands the difference between looking great and looking like you've had too much filler. I never worry about "duck lips" or a frozen face when she's doing my injections. I get a little nervous about lip and filler injections sometimes and they even offer self-administered nitrous oxide to take the edge off when needed.
Their nurse also does a fantastic job with BBL - she took well over an hour with me and clearly was extremely focused on an individualized approach to what my skin needed. Great staff and lovely spa.

I received a Hydrafacial from Mary at Adoro and it was great! She was so nice in explaining everything before she started and has a gentle approach. My face has never felt so soft and looked amazing. My pores were diminished, my face was so tight and hydrated. The staff is always so welcoming here and its always a great environment! I would highly recommend coming here for any service!

Dr. Pacheco is an amazing Oculoplastic Surgeon and the best talent in her field. I have been her patient at Adoro Medical Spa for over seven years. Her recommendations and treatments for facial rejuvenation are always 'spot-on. ' She is extremely knowledgeable and current with all advances in the field and is a master of the unique artistry of taking years off your age while still maintaining a natural result. Her staff is talented and very caring. I highly recommend this practice to all prospective patients.

Worst place ever! horrible injections, overpriced. wait time is over an hour and a half. looks like i have permanent hat head and one eyebrow is up other down. awful! 10 years of getting dysport this is by far the worst place i have ever been. they just want to sell you thermage. she kept pushing thermage after she charged me $800 for a brow lift that i did not which i was quoted 350 for a brow lift. i usually pay between 400 to 500 for my dysport and it always looks beautiful. 800 for the worst job ever. your taking a gyge risk with your face ig you go!

The staff at Adoro are wonderful and the calming environment makes for a relaxing experience. After not being able to find any treatments that helped lessen acne scarring, I came to Adoro to undergo microneedling. I've since come back to repeat the treatment 7 additional times since I continue to see improvement. I'm very satisfied with the results and their pricing is reasonable relative to other places offering the procedure in the area. Adoro has truly changed my life and I am so thankful I found them!

I went in for a service, and was quoted prices on the phone prior to my visit. On the day of, they asked if I was happy with the same service I had received elsewhere in previous years. I shared some concerns and they made recommendations for slight changes in the placement of the service. At NO point did they say the price would change. Upon checking out, I was give a price tag nearly triple of what I had been told by phone, and what I had paid at other medical spas.
I was clearly thrown for a loop, even asked if they had a mix up on their computer system. The secretary coldly told me no, and didn't offer to help clear things up. I left in tears, feeling scammed. For what I paid, they never called to see how I was doing the following week. They've called twice since to tell me it's time to schedule my next procedure!
I calmly tell them each time I won't return because of how horrible my experience was and all they can say is, "Ok! Thank you." Seriously?! You don't even care to know why someone is dissatisfied? I felt like an idiot walking out of there. If they truly cared about customers, they would've helped me before I left and would take my input seriously when they call trying to get me to make a appointment for my next service.

I had a procedure done in the past 3 weeks and I could not be happier! Dr. Pacheco took excellent care of me and the results were outstanding! I look at least ten years younger! Some have told me as many as 15 years younger! I'm active and I definitely did not like how the aging process was taking over! Dr. Pacheco is conservative with her approach, artistic and will do her best to make you comfortable. Happy Birthday to myself!
