Most caring, knowledgeable and skilled Pediatricians in CT. The Pediatricians listen to my concerns as a parent and address any issues that I have in regards to my child's health. I live in Cheshire but I wouldn't choose any other Pediatrician. They offer same day appointments when my child is sick and virtual consults in either their Bristol or Southington facilities.
They are part of the CCMC Network so they keep a close line of communication with the specialists at the Connecticut Children's Medical Center which is great! Highly recommend The Pediatric Care Center to take care of your family's health!

If you have a 10 o'clock appointment don't expect to see the doctor until at least 11. The office staff will leave you waiting in the room and forget which patient is in which room. Doctor Lisa was my favorite and was great with my kids but the office unfortunately is over booked and the medical assistants have no idea what they are doing. Penny one of the medical assistants is also very rude and has no chemistry with children. I don't recommend going here.

They used to be amazing but honestly they don't seem to care anymore. Cathy is the only good doctor. When the pandemic first started I canceled my daughters shots since I didn't feel safe going into the office but I have been trying to reach them for months to reschedule them and no matter how many times I call it hangs up on me and when I send them a message they never get back to them. I'm switching doctors and won't be going back or recommending them to anyone. Now to fight and try to get a HIPA form from them. Don't waste your time going here.

I switched over my kids a few years ago from Dr. Frost who I loved but our schedules just clashed a lot and it was hard to get in without having to leave work every time. Since then I have been seeing Dr. Lisa who is amazing. Always shows she cares about my concerns and my kids love her. Her MA is just as great! They are very accommodating with the times I usually need as well. Mary up front is absolutely wonderful.
Every time I need a document I get it right away and she is always accommodating my crazy schedule making sure the kids appointments are all set. I am not from Bristol but its worth it. All the staff here are great! :
