I feel valued, respected and vulnerable. You need to be vulnerable to achieve your goals. With my therapist, I feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable. This is a way to master your journey. I feel that Wheeler clinic has my best interests at hand.

Unprofessional, broke confidentiality, condescending, rude, slow, make you wait several hours even with appointment

She kept missing our appointments.than made them shorter. They don't care.

Great experience at this clinic! Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous and great to deal with. I am glad that I found Wheeler Clinic. So far I have no complaints and enjoy going there for help!

These people are horrible don't go there for your health care. I wouldn't bring my cat there.twice they made mistakes on my prescriptions they don't return phone calls they overbook and you are kept waiting very poor professional standards. I didn't even want to give it one star it should be zero stars

Their billing practices are ATROCIOUS - where to even begin? They do not post check payments to your account sometimes for 3-4 weeks after cashing them, if you are lucky, 2 weeks after they cashed the check. So I switched to paying via CC over the phone for immediate posting - Messages left to pay a bill aren't returned ever & I always have to call again until I get a live person in billing. Now, that is if you get a bill at all!

In the past 10 months, I have not received a bill for 3 of those months. I have to remember to call them if I don't get the bill & I get an attitude most of the time if I request a statement/bill to pay GOD FORBID. (I do not like owing money) Absolute disgrace to the medical community.

Worse off after going here. They ask how you're feeling, then report you to the police and use what you said to them against you. You are then forced to the hospital with all your rights taken away. This happened to me twice in two weeks. Will never seek help again. (New Britain location)
