1. The billing/claims department is atrocious and some of their staff are rude and unwilling to help resolve any issues. 2. They go through physicians just as often as one would change underwear. I have been coming here for 4 years and the last 2 years I have seen 4 different physicians. No consistency in care and very uncomfortable experience for one that is not comfortable in an OBGYN office to begin with.

They go through OBGYNs faster than you can say OBGYN. I left because the turnover was absurd. Would not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this office! The front desk is always very pleasant and responsive in returning phone calls and checking in for follow ups. I see Brittany Hannon religiously and she has the best bedside manner of a doctor that I've ever seen! Very thorough, informative, and genuinely caring. The ultrasound tech is great and makes an invasive test bearable. Thank you for making me feel so well taken care of each time I come here!

That is weird to see such negative reviews to womens health center. I have been going to their clinic for 10 months, My experience was really wonderful. I am lucky to meet these people who work there. The staff are always really respectful and kind.they are always welcoming. They meet me with a very cheerful and smiling face. Dr O'Reilly is so professional he always listened to me and to my concerns. Even i dont speak English well. he tried to understand me and to be patient with me I like this clinic and I highly recommend it.

Highly recommend Sue Tracy She is wonderful at what she does very comforting and is there for YOU. One of the best in this office. Also doctor Oreilly is wonderful and also great at what he does. Both of these two are in my opinion are the best providers. Not to mention the ladies in the front are always polite and very helpful always with good energy and spirits. Some doctors are not so good here but some are great.

I hadn't planned to leave a review as I wanted to move on from my ectopic pregnancy experience at this office. Which in itself is a traumatic event, losing any pregnancy is. However, after accessing my patient records while moving to a new practice, I saw the appt comments left by the physician on my profile and was very shocked by the unprofessionalism.

I had come in early December for baseline betas for my first pregnancy. I had no reason to suspect it was ectopic, and when given an ultrasound I was asked if I was sure I was pregnant, if my LMP was accurate, and if I had taken a pregnancy test. yes, and yes, I was pregnant. One of the many comments in my patient profile: "Patient is profoundly disappointed over the loss of this pregnancy in which she was heavily emotionally invested (since posting her 15 positive pregnancy tests on social media.)" This comment is extremely uncalled for.

Of course, I am upset I lost my first pregnancy that my husband and I planned and were very excited for. To make it seem like I was only upset because I had "posted it to social media" and now it's not viable is extremely insulting and also not true, we hadn't even told our parents we were expecting. What I suppose Dr. F is referring to is the line progression photo I showed her when I was asked if "I was sure I was pregnant" and "if I had gotten positive pregnancy test".

Never posted to social media, so not sure where that came from. Even if I had, posting a judgemental comment like this onto a patient profile is unprofessional in my opinion. Aside from that, during the course of determining if my pregnancy was ectopic I was given medication that I'm allergic to, even though it was noted in my profile - progesterone in peanut oil. why to bother asking about allergies if my profile isn't going to be read. Finally, after going to the hospital for the Methotrexate (which the order was apparently put in the wrong according to the hospital), I was told by the dr I needed to go back for day 4 baseline bloodwork and how this was very important. Cue my husband and I waiting at the ER on day 4 and being told the Dr never put bloodwork order in.

I proceeded to reach out to the Dr in which she replied, "checking", then ghosted us for the rest of the weekend. I had to call the office myself on Monday explaining the situation and what I should do since day 4 baseline was missed as a result of no order being put in. no apology at all. I understand things come up and the doctor may have been sick, but if you're the on-call doctor you should at least respond to your patient when something important such as bloodwork for an ectopic pregnancy is the issue.

I could continue with other issues my husband and I faced, but it's not worth it. The above is more than enough reason to lose confidence in the patient care this office provided and not have any trust in the care of any future pregnancies. I will mention that the nurses here are absolutely wonderful, especially nurse Donna, As well as the bloodwork tech/ administrator, Deborah.

Called in regards to an appointment while there's a lapse in insurance and was asked "How are you going to pay for care when you don't even have insurance?" by the receptionist. Great question to ask if you're judging someone based on a 30 second phone call but highly unprofessional. If that's the attitude representing their center on the phone, I can only imagine how distasteful they are in person.

This practice has gone completely downhill in the last six months. There is a complete lack of communication. NO ONE communicates anything about your health, test results or care plan. Every doctor seems surprised by the information you share from your last visit (READ THE CHARTS DOCTORS, THAT IS WHY THEY ARE THERE) and if you have a question, NOONE knows the answer. There is just massive confusion all around. Please think twice about going there.

I've been coming here for about a year and a half and I really like this office! Dr. Daniel Lax and Cayla are really great. Dr. Lax always listened to me about my health issues and was proactive in helping me get well. I felt very comfortable with him and Cayla as my physicians. The administrative staff, techs, and medical assistants are really nice and the office is always clean. I just found out Dr. Lax has left so I'll follow him wherever he goes, even though the other doctors here are great.

I went for an ultrasound today with Sue because I have fibroid cysts. She is awesome. Then I had my exam with Alyssa. She was very kind and gentle. She answered all of my questions. I was upset prior coming to the office because of so many changes going on. But when I left I was very happy. In todays society things dont stay the same. They are very professional and know what they are doing.
