Dr. Greive is so special. I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer early 2020, and she held my hand, and wiped my tears as I learned new information about my diagnosis. She was quick to get me the referrals I needed, prompt with responses, kind and patient with my questions. I wish I needed a surgeon more often, I knew I was in good hands with her!

This place is horrible, very bad service, the doctor hardly gave me the time of day when he saw me then told me to reschedule. When I rescheduled they canceled the appointment an HOUR before. I had to drive 3 hours to make this appointment and take off work they were very rude and unable to help in anyway. I understand if it's a day in advance But this is unacceptable, if I were to cancel they would have charged me.

Dr. Greive is an absolutely amazing doctor. My primary doctor found a breast lump and referred me to Grants Pass Surgical Associates. I was scheduled and seen the very NEXT day by Dr. Greive. The staff made me feel like I was their number one priority. Dr. Greive was super informative and explained everything in detail. She was very kind and hands down one of my most favorite doctors. Kuddos to the staff and Dr. Greive.

Worst customer service! I went to go clear a bill that for some reason was under my name for a different patient. Ive tried communicating multiple times with their office, had the run around and finally was told it was going to be fixed. I was sent to collections for another patients bill. Thankfully for the collection agency they helped out and got it resolved.

When i went to GP Surgical Associates they were rude when i tried to explain the situation. I was told that it was frustrating when their office has been getting a hold of me for this bill and until now its being resolved. Once again ive called them many times to get this straight and was told it was taken care of. They were not apologetic. Let me tell you im not a mean person. I will treat others the way i want to be treated always with respect and i felt hopeless like i was not getting anywhere with them.

Dr. Deatherage is an amazing surgeon. I've had two hernia surgeries and couldn't be happier. No complications and back to work sooner than I anticipated. I felt like family as the staff was warm and welcoming.

The front desk girls make you feel at home. Always smiling and happy. SO much better than other offices I have been in. Doc is good to.

I have been seeing Dr. Deatherage for varicose veins. He explained in detail how veins worked and I understood the entire process from start to finish. My legs haven't felt this good since I was a kid. I am now able to walk a couple blocks with no pain and I am back to exercising. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Dr. Deatherage. Additionally, I just saw Dr. Greive for a breast lump.

I had an appointment and saw Dr. Greive within a day of finding the lump. She was incredibly compassionate and detailed in explaining everything. I have never had a better doctor! So happy to have her in Grants Pass.

I had two surgeries. The first thing my surgeon said to me was It's gonna be a feat getting through all that blubber. I'm 6' male 62, 295. Yes I'm over weight but do you have to call it blubber. That's minor. I paid for both surgeries in cash receiving a %15 discount. Now they want $ for a post op visit. I didn't get charged for any office visits that happen with 2 surgeries.

They said this last post operation visit was after I paid in full and now they are taking me to collections. That's my story. I've never wrote a review before but this is just plain wrong.
