Founded in 1961 in Springfield, VA. by Dr. Ira Seiler, M.D., our staff includes pediatricians and family and pediatric nurse practitioners certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. A skilled, seasoned and compassionate team of nurses and a highly qualified office staff complete our team.
NOVA Pediatrics is proud to support CASA, who provides food assistance and employment support to Latinx, indigenous, immigrant, and low-income people in Virginia. NOVA Pediatrics is proud to support The Great American Community Kitchen. This organization prepares and distributes meals for local hospital workers, first responders, those on the front lines and those who are food insecure throughout our community.

We are committed to serving you, but do have several policies to which we adhere. We will submit insurance claims to any of our participating plans on your behalf.

Absolutely wonderful staff and physicians. I have been a patient for as long as I can remember and I've never had a bad experience. Dr. Meyer is my yearly physician that I have been seeing for the last 6 or so years and every visit with her is such a treat. She's incredibly helpful, listening to my every question and concern, and will gladly explain and offer any extra information on hand.
In a pinch, I have seen a few of the other partners, and every one of them has been incredible at explaining their thought processes and reasonings for any testing or results. I truly have enjoyed visiting NOVA for my health and will be very sad once I age out of their care.

I love NOVA Pediatrics! We've been patients for just over a year and I'm so thankful I found this practice. We've been seeing Virginia (Ginny) Krause in the Woodbridge office and she's fantastic. She has been extremely thorough and helpful. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she's down to earth, easy to talk to and makes my child and I feel comfortable.
I also really appreciate that she takes her time and we never feel rushed. She answers all our questions and she's very honest. The whole staff is very polite, professional, and caring. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone in need of a pediatrician.

We began going to NOVA when my daughter was born. Dr. Higgins has been amazing with us, as first time parents as well as with our daughter. She has always made us feel like our questions were valid and not dumb though I'm sure she has left the room thinking we were over analyzing and worrying over nothing : she is extremely patient and thorough. The office staff is very nice. We had some issues with billing getting our insurance right but after a few calls it was straightened out. So glad that we picked this practice!

We have been so happy taking our newborn to NOVA Pediatrics. Being first time parents can be scary at times and they have done nothing but make us feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go here, we have only seen Dr. Cohen but she is AMAZING, has great bedside manner and really takes her time to answer any questions you may have.

Best pediatrician in the area! My sister (7) and my son (4) have been seeing Dr. Meyer since they were born. The kids love seeing her, and she loves seeing the kids and how much they have grown between visits! She is very understanding, especially when it comes to their weight. (My entire family is very petite.) Overall, such an amazing place to go! Friendly reception staff, and amazing nurses and doctors!

I LOVE NOVA Pediatrics. EVERYONE there is amazing, very friendly, patient. Even though we've moved out of the area I still take my kids there because they're that good! PA Huggins is great! Dr. Meyer is too! Every single nurse is wonderful. Office personnel are professional, efficient, ORGANIZED, very welcoming, I could go on!

I have been going to NOVA pediatrics for almost 3years and they are always super helpful. Dr Cohen is amazing and always listens to my concerns. I love how she makes us feel like family. It doesn't matter which kid i take for an appointment, she always ask about my other kid and I find that to be amazing. The fact that she even remembers their names considering how many kids that she sees. I hope she stays for a long time. At least until my kids are older. I appreciate all the front desk receptionist too. They are all so great.
