Chelsie has been working in the field of veterinary medicine since 2012, but joined Crosspointe Animal Hospital's team in June of 2017. She is originally from the south, and carries southern hospitality and kindness with her everywhere she goes. When she isn't at work, you can find Chelsie watching TV or singing 90's hits to her two dogs, Scout and Rusty.

At every point of contact at Crosspointe Animal Hospital, you experience love and empathy for your pet and a welcoming competence from the staff. I have been taking my fur babies there for almost 30 years and have never been disappointed with the competency or compassion of the staff. Top notch vets and staff - highly recommend!

Everytime I come into Crosspointe everyone has impeccable customer service and my cats are always their number 1 priority! I have never been disappointed with my experiences at Crosspointe. Even after I moved from Lorton to Alexandria I choose to continue coming to Crosspointe because of how well my cats are treated :-

We had been seeing Dr. Burbrink for both our Standard Poodle and Doberman for 2 years. She was THE BEST vet we have ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about the hospital or the vet. Dr. Burbrink was caring, thorough, kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable, etc. EVERY TIME we visited. And I never felt they were overcharging me so I can't agree with some of the reviewers here on that part.
We ended up moving to a different state recently. I still have not been able to find a vet like her. We miss Dr. Burbrink dearly! I highly recommend Crosspointe Animal Hospital to all my friends and would to people who are in a search in the area.

We are all done with this Vet. Our "Gracie" has been there since 6 weeks old and is now 8 years old. Crosspointe Animal Hospital is expensive, and happy to take our money for all these years, but when a minor emergency came up today at 10 a.m., two hours before they closed on a Saturday, they refused to see her. We even called back to to speak to the manager on duty and were refused again.
They said "We are booked, take her to another Vet that does Emergencies" How's that for customer service? So important to close at noon sharp rather than taking care of your doggie patients who have been with you since they were a pup. I dare say it borders on being unethical. Gracie says "I won't be back, you weren't there when I needed you."
