So I wanted to write this review early on before I seen this doctor that I found here on Google Dr. Bickley I believe. I took my son to the North Andover office he is three years old and I dealt with the rudest doctor and office worker who brings her patients back to see that specific doctor. I never was so insulted in my life! So here I am looking for a bone doctor for myself and when I see Dr. Buckley works out of the same office at first I was skeptical but I called left a message and this wicked nice woman answered the phone.

Her name is Yudelkis. I told her exactly what happened to me in the other office and she couldn't believe what I went through and she told me that should've never happened. She was so caring and sweet and listened to me. I have a lot of life experience (good and bad) especially dealing with people. The qualities she shown on the phone even is what you want as a patient.

To be listened to fully and to be helped with whatever situation you are going through. She even looked up my sons name to see the doctor I seen for my son to make sure I was definitely not going to be booked with him! He should not even be practicing medicine I feel. When I told him what happened to me he stuck up for his co worker (girlfriend on the side haha) and dismissed me completely. I am a mom bringing in my little boy too! Smh I will be updating this review once I go to my initial appointment.

I had a total hip replacement by Dr Bickley, and he is the best doctor ever. He took such good care of me and it was during the covid mass outbreak and it kept getting rescheduled. But when I finally had it done what a difference. 'm swimming again running jumping so much joy to have a leg back because of a hip replacement. I have a minimal scar he did such a great job, I would recommend Dr Bickley to anybody and everybody I give him a 10 plus and the secretaries and receptionist are so wonderful, I will be going back there to have my second hip done. I am pleased with Dr. Jones' service on my wrists. Carpal Tunnel. Received a cortozone shot in EACH wrist. Fingers were numb for a bit - only about an hour. Thank GOD as I had to work in 2 hours. Great doctor!

Ruptured quadricep tendon repair by Dr. Bickley. 2+ weeks into recovery going great! First check up went well. Dr. Bickley explained everything to me from the operation to rehab in a very matter of fact way that was easy to relate too. Much appreciated!

Dr Jones is a great surgeon she actually listens to her patients. She is kind and very understanding. She has done 2 hand surgeries.

Dr. Johnson and his entire staff are the best! Had total knee replacement in February and already starting out patient therapy. Feeling great and Dr. Johnson's team at Merrimack Valley Hospital were fantastic. The other knee was replaced 16 years ago. The technology has changed, but the care from Dr. Johnson is still top notch!

I went in today for a follow up for one "ouch" and ended up with a totally different problem that's developed recently. They had me fixed up without any questions asked. I really appreciate not having to come back for another type of appointment.

Dr. Jones is THE go to orthopedic doctor for hand issues. My most recent visit treated bursitis in my shoulder. I've also had several visits with locked fingers and each time she healed the problem with ONE injection. She knows where to go with that needle. Quite a few years ago she rebuilt a joint at the base of my thumb buy using a tendon from my arm. After decades it is still working with absolutely no pain or stiffness. I recommend Dr. Jones for hand to shoulder issues without reservation.

I have known Dr. Bickley for years and he has treated me for assorted injuries, and performed surgeries. He is thorough, smart, I trust him and he is great with patients. Old-school guy, with the modern twist. And his staff is stellar, everyone in the office is fantastic! Would never go anywhere else for my orthopedic care.

Asked for something for pain but was refused. I guess Dr. Bickley will be shoveling my driveway next time it snows. Too painful for me, the only one at home to do snow removal. I have a loooong driveway.
