Both Dr. Previte and Dr. Sakr are the epitome of professionalism. They are also both very kind and very knowledgeable. My late Dad was Dr. Previte's patient for many years and he was so patient and kind to him. I am eternally grateful and so was my Dad. I have recently begun to see Dr. Sakr and I have been very pleased. I worked at Holy Family Hospital for 15 yrs.and got to see first hand how thorough they were in their medical practice. The office staff is great too

Been waiting on medication since April 20th, it's now may 31st and they keep trying to prescribe a medication my insurance won't cover and I've been asking them to prescribe something else and when I told them of their incompetence and that I now need to change Dr's oh and you cannot call other locations because the incompetent location answers the phone for all locations too.don't bother going here.

Terrible experience. They tried to schedule me at Lawrence General under general anesthesia for a routine in-office procedure. They apologized and blamed it on "the new girl." I have no idea what procedure they were planning on knocking me out for, and it sounds like they didn't either. Been waiting two weeks for them to return a phone call - even called multiple offices. I do not recommend.

Doctors/surgeons are great. Its too bad that you'll never be able to get ahold of them when you need to. Their answering service is unbelievably rude and unresponsive. And they WILL hang up on you multiple times. Their haverhill location is great, but their north andover location is a joke. Full of nurse practicioners who wont even have your file when you get there.
But I dont need to tell you my nightmare. Go experience it for yourself. They are the only urologist in the entire area. Your only other choice is to go down to Lahey in Burlington or mass general. But take it from me and the rest. They are a straight nightmare and will have you wishing you chose another practice

The WORST office my husband and I ever had to deal with. My husband saw Dr. Canellakis in January 2020, who was great, but we spent more than 2 weeks calling the office for his prescription to be sent to his pharmacy. Staff rarely picked up and when they did they would promise to send the prescription but took more than 2 weeks of constant calling to do so. SURGERY SCHEDULING WAS A TOTAL MESS TOO. Got his surgery cancelled last minute because of COVID and got rescheduled to June without us even knowing until we got a letter in the mail 2 days before his surgery.
When we called the morning of to confirm directions to the surgery center they talked to me like I was crazy because the doctor was away, but I had the letter in my hand showing the new surgery date. We immediately transferred him to the Urology Department at Lahey Clinic and they were AMAZING. Avoid this office at all costs. I felt so bad for all the old, Hispanic patients I saw packed in the waiting room each time we went. I can't imagine how the language barriers they face worsens the ability to communicate with this rude staff and scheduler.

My wife called numerous times to pay our $535.59 bill (over a period of weeks) and left many messages asking for a call so we can pay. We do not send credit card numbers in the mail, and we wanted to use our HSA card. Nobody calls back or ever answers to take a payment. Now they've sent it to collections. If you want your money it's simply a matter of calIing us us back. We aren't paying any other way.

The place seems like you're a number at the deli. Waiting and waiting. Disgusting urine samples not collected from the bathroom. They were on the sink counter and the collector circular tray was full. I had to go inform the reception that there was samples piled up. Assistant didn't add the correct blood work to be done, so follow up appointment did not have the results, more blood work again then another appointment that is unnecessary added, more co-pays and billable time.

I had interactions with Theodora Kurteva, a urologist. She dragged my case for months. Once she send me to an ultrasound without target. When the technician asked her, she told him to examine an area that was not our agreement. She failed to return calls. All of a sudden she decided to do surgery. I had two options, I called to change the option and she never called back.
I complained to the practice, and got no satisfaction. I got a second opinion which indicated that surgery was not the next step. I do not trust the practice who houses her as a practitioner. Lahey clinic got the records and indicated that the notes did not warrant surgery. Because of the sloppiness and the second opinion, I would recommend that you have absolutely nothing to do with her.
