Dr. Andriola uses Iovera as a nerve block for non-opioid pain relief. Iovera is immediate and long lasting. The body's natural response to musculoskeletal pain can disrupt normal daily activity. Iovera therapy can help you resume normal activity almost immediately without taking and opioid-based pain medication.

During a visit with Dr. Bobby Kuruvilla instead of him verbally explaining where the nerve in my foot was he squeezed the arch of my foot aggressively even though knowing full well that my foot was fractured and stage 2 sprained, this is what they call malpractice. If I was able to have my Advocate present at the time of my appointment which they said I couldn't this incident would have never happened, they also denied my rights as a patient not allowing me to have one present. Unprofessional hack doctors treating humans like lab rats.

The lines just to check in before seeing your doctor is seriously preroposters. One thing consistent here for the last 2 years, is the 15+ minute wait just to check in. Front check in lacks, efficiency and a sense of urgency. As for my physician, he is very good in explaining, listening and answering any concerns.

I never leave reviews. Here is why I am. First let me start out by saying all the office staff all incredibly nice. I am very frustrated after starting this journey back in Oct of 2019 and finished up with them Nov 2022. I have had good success with Dr Gregory Parks with a cortisone shot that lasted almost 2 years before moving on to the next Dr Palmar who recommended a procedure that cost me over $2000.

Now I know you have no guarantees on success but really it didn't do one even small thing for my issue. Move on to next Doc Thakur now I say ok surgeon he can help. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. I don't need surgery.( I know everyone gets their opinion ). And last icing on the cake. Back in 2019 I bought something from them for $51.79 couldn't find it so they told me I will need it after my surgery and now being billed for the same exact one for $323. I asked why the big hike price. The reply was they must have coded it different. The end of this. Stuck paying for it.

Dr. Adam Harder, is an excellent and exceptional doctor. He is through, knowledgeable and explained my medical plan of action clearly. I felt that I was in excellent hand and received the best care. The front end receptionist could use some help. Not all just one spoiled the entire experience from being excellent!

Met with Dr. Palma today for an injection. He answers all questions in detail and explains every step he is doing and what i should be feeling etc. Its not my first time seeing him. I've seen him multiple times in the past and he is ALWAYS very kind and professional

Dr. Choi was great, he treated my son for a sports injury. He took his time and listened to our concerns. He was very quick to order tests and a follow up appointment.

My appointment was cancelled twice. Once I finally arrived for my scheduled date, I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Once I was brought into the actual doctors office I waited another 20 minutes. When the doctor arrived he reviewed my MRI with me that took about 20 seconds and tells me that nothing is wrong with my back. So.2 cancelled appointments, waited for over an hour and 20 minutes, just to be told that nothing is wrong.

This could've been a simple phone call or an email. Why have me come in during a pandemic to tell me nothing is wrong?! To bill my insurance company. Of course! I've never seen an orthopedic office so busy. It looks like a walk in clinic. Maybe it is?!

This review is only for the front desk appointment setters. They have messed up twice in a matter of 2 months. The first appointment I ended up driving there, for my follow up appointment, only for them to tell me, that it was canceled. And they also blamed it on me. That I had cancelled it myself. I was in so much pain, so why would I have cancelled it.

There was no apologies, they were just rude and said no. You can't be seen. And then again today, they had moved down my appt to a later time without me agreeing to it, and then again, was given an attitude about it. I can't make a 1:30 appt when my children are out of school at 2:00pm. Unacceptable. Her tone of voice was rude. Don't work with customer service if you aren't there to work with the customers.
