Had an eye exam with the younger Dr. Chin. He was TREMENDOUS! Very knowledgeable and friendly! Explained every aspect of my eye exam and what prescription would be beneficial for myself. Highly recommended! Thank You Dr. Chin!

My husband went to the opthalmologist at 10 am and got his eyes dialated then to the retina Dr. at 1:00 pm. I told the assistant he was already dialated at 10 am but she dialated him again before the Dr. Came in to see him. He had a bad headache and throbbing over his right eye later and had to be in a dark room most of the night. It didn't wear off for twelve hrs. Being doubly dialated in same day was too much. I wished she had checked with Dr. Before doing so.

I came here for the first time for a medical concern with my right eye. I arrived a few minutes early as they requested so I could complete some new patient paperwork. I arrived at 10:45am for an 11am appointment. I am still waiting to be seen and it's 11:30am. It infuriates me that physician offices do not tell patients when they are running behind.

I left work and have limited time to attend to this appointment. If I had known I would have to wait over 40 mins even to get into a room, I would have went elsewhere. This is my first and last time coming here. I also heard the staff say they are always late. awesome. Not impressed Andover! It's also now 11:50 and I am still waiting to see the doctor.

Finally made it into a room 35 minutes later however my apt was at 11. Looks like it will be closer to 12 before I even see the doctor. This is unacceptable. Terrible customer service! Do better! If it wasn't an emergency I would have left by now and contacted my insurance to deny this claim.

Andover Eye Associates is an excellent opthamology practice located in Andover Massachusetts. The ophthalmologists there are excellent and their equipment is state of the art. They also have an excellent group of affiliated specialists who are known in their respective areas. The people in the office also have an demeanor, I have no reservations recommending this practice. Finally their office is er ie Queen and quite comfortable. Dave Galagher

The staff is always efficient and friendly. Dr. Michealson is always personable and thorough. I've been with Andover Eye for years and it's a great place to go for eye care.

The Optical Shop is fabulous! I switched a few years ago (along with my family), and my only regret is that I did not switch earlier. FANTASTIC customer service, and an excellent selection of frames/lenses, all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

The office is friendly and efficient. I see Dr. Ciolino who is an excellent ophthalmologist, thorough, and takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with my eyes. His assistant is also excellent.

Dr Chin is very informative and gives excellent explanations about what he is doing during the exam and the health of your eyes and also how to take the best care of them. He is pleasant and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him.
