PLEASE NOTE: Our practice is open to help serve our pediatric patients, at this difficult time. We ask that you please not bring anyone, other than the patient, with you to your child's appointment. If you bring anyone else to the office they will be asked to go back to your car and wait for you there. We are taking every precaution to limit exposure to our patients, providers, and our staff.

We appreciate your understanding. Dr. Michael Fabrizio is excited to announce that we are now offering TeleVisits, a more convenient appointment option, which allows patients to have a visit with their medical provider from the comfort of their home or office.
Services
Routine physical examinations should be scheduled 3 months in advance, especially during the summer months when there is a greater demand for school and camp examinations. If a child plays sports or attends camp, a physical is required every year. Please allow 2 days for the completion of school and camp forms based on previous examinations (within 12 months). Please fill in all the requested information in the parents section before sending the forms to us with a stamped, self-addressed, envelope.
The office is closed Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, although a doctor or nurse can be reached for acute illness by calling the office at 413-443-9629 and a recording will guide you to the Provider on call. We strive to make your experience the best it can be and if we fall short please let us know.

The other 1 star reviews say it all. I used to bring my daughter here. Staff are arrogant and condescending.

Office staff is fantastic! I have my son's appointments booked out for the next year. Dr. Fabrizio was my pediatrician, and is now my son's. Julie is phenomenal with her care and expertise, even down to predicting the weight of our baby at a follow-up visit! All of the nurses are very loving, and helpful. We never have to wait. I wish the BMC in Pittsfield would've given me 1/10 of the quality of care in the mother baby unit! Thank you all so much for being top notch!

This Dr. is extremely opinionated and highly judgmental. If you want a pediatrician who has an understanding that both parenting and growing up are difficult tasks, look elsewhere. This guy appears to be certain that he knows everything better than anyone else and is all too happy to tell you what you are doing wrong. If you want a physician who will do his best to make you and your child feel inadequate, by all means make an appointment.

When my daughter was born we knew she had T21, the AV canal defect (basically a hole in her heart, a common occurrence in kids with T-21), so she was born at Baystate. I knew from family experience that Dr. Fabrizo's Office was the right place to be for her, my other 2 kids are relatively healthy, and don't require much from their Pediatrician. But the entire office cares for Scarlett, she is monitored extremely closely for any signs of heart failure.

We have felt like family, both Dr. Mike & Julie are amazing, I've since transferred my other 2 kiddos to their practice, just because of their attention to detail, and general care & concern for kids! Teresa is amazing, the Medical Asst's are caring, like I said it's like an extended family!

Very disappointed with their services. I been taking my kids for a year now and i had to called in multiple occasions for a sick visit in different times throughout the day and they don't answer their phones. I understand that they get busy but is ridiculous that every call goes through the answering machine. Not only that One of my kids is allergic to penicillin which has been on file since day one and they still prescribed the medicine, the pharmacist caught it before hand but it was accident waiting to happen.

Then today tried to called for a sick visit got the answering machine once again so as a concern parent i take her to the pediatric urgent care but we were told that they can't see her cause is on their regular hours, but do i really have to go through all this running around? NO, they just need to be more efficient when returning calls.

Very polite staff and thorough medical exams. Dr. Mike and Dr. Julie are wonderful and the kids laugh at Dr. Mike's jokes.

Great Doctor! Entire staff is excellent! My boyfriend had been going to him throughout his childhood. Doctor Fabrizio was very caring and always had his best interest! This is why we choose his practice for our son! The entire staff does everything they can for our 15 month old son whenever we need them or see them! They are great with every child I've seen go there. My son loves everyone there! Nice play area and fish tank! Overall everyone at Dr. Fabrizio's office are fantastic!
