Great selection of anything you need to furnish your house. Angela was the best! UPDATE: I purchased a sofa and loveseat in JUNE. Was told it would arrive the first week of September. Every time I call to check the status, I am told "2 more weeks." Here it is, now November, and I still don't have my furniture, which was paid for in full when I purchased it.

It's nearly impossible to get a return phone call. The manager finally returned my call and guess what he said? "Two more weeks." He then went on to tell me about the cargo ships stranded off the coast of California.my furniture is coming from China now? I will NEVER shop with them again and I suggest you don't either. UPDATE #2: Spoke to the manager mid-December and we had some "words." He started in with the cargo ships stranded off the coast of China, again. He guaranteed that my furniture would be here mid February at the latest. Guess what?! Still. No. Furniture. Now he's back to the two-week promise.

We moved from Indy to Evansville and had worked with Kittles in Castleton multiple times over the years. The Kittles staff in Bloomington, which is closer to our new city was nothing but incredible to work with. Angela helped us create a very nice dining room table to order and Leisa ensured everything arrived correctly and made the process super easy. Would highly recommend this location and the professional staff who work here! They know their stuff!

Rachel Lawson helped me find the perfect Amish dresser for my bedroom. She was professional and very kind and patient! I shop Kittles for all my fine home furnishings.

Got a sofa from there 17 years ago, most comfortable couch I've ever had. Sleeps will too & recliners on both ends, love it Just wanting another one like it, only diffrent color. Now it's mint suede. Thinking red or cream

We had a very good experience at Kittle's. Mr. James Bullock was our salesperson that morning. My husband, for whom the chair was to be used, liked the way Mr. Bullock wanted him to choose the recliner where he felt most comfortable, and left him alone to do that. I had earlier visited Kittle's to find the recliners and had met Mr. Bullock. He suggested that we bring my husband back to try the chairs himself. My husband is in a wheelchair. Mr. Bullock suggested we drive around to the lower level where he could be wheeled into the recliner area.

Rachel was great! Attentive but overbearing. She answered all of our questions and provided us with excellent customer service. I would happily recommend Kittles Furniture to my family and friends. They have a large selection of quality furniture. Thanks Rachel & Kittles for an easy-peasy furniture purchase.

Rebecca was a wonderful salesperson. Very good listener with helpful knowledge-based suggestions. We bought a bed in an hour and couldn't have been more pleased by the support we received to help us make that decision. Kittle's has a great selection of high quality beds.

Janis was very helpful when we went to pick out a mattress for my son-she was patient while he tried alllll the beds, even the luxury ones we clearly were NOT going to buy for an 11yo. I called back a few days, ordered the mattress, and let the manager that Janis was a great help!

Angela provided great customer service. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was helpful during our selection. She was nice & energetic and genuinely enjoyed her job. We also met Tom & he was very helpful and gave us a great deal. We will definitely visit Kittle's again. Great job y'all , keep up the great customer service
