Since we are a thriving, energetic company, we are able offer a competitive hourly wage, we also offer life, medical, vision and dental insurance for full-time CSRs-also 401k. These are benefits not offered by every call center, or company, for that matter. We care about our employees, and invest in their development. We do have expectations of our employees, as any professional business does, and in exchange the communication skills you develop are essential for any endeavor, at any stage of life.
