I'm overly anxious in medical settings for no logical reason. The staff was nice and understanding pertaining to my anxiety. They talked sense into me prior to the surgery. The staff was cordial, the facility was clean, and i was in and out under 4 hours for my tonsillectomy. Procedure went smooth as ice. Home and fine aside from expected post-op pain. I reccomend this facility for outpatient surgeries.

I'd say they have a lot to think about. I happen to know the manager and supervisor looks down on girls if they don't fit a certain standard of "beauty". Funny how someone can be good enough for god but when it comes to working the front desk they're supposed to hold the word of one mortal woman above the lord's.

Tonya was my prep nurse and was phenomenal from star to finish. I have small hard to find veins and she was painless. Very friendly, a true professional who made my procedure worry free. All the staff was kind, helpful and caring. True professional are sometimes hard and this entire team is a treasure. Doc King put me under and woke me up perfectly after Doc Smith did a fantastic surgery.

Absolutely 1000% excellent care and compassion from staff all except Dr King anesteologist. He reads his script of information well but has no empathy or bedside manor to try and ease the patient's tension and anxiety. If he cracked a smile it would likely cause him pain. All the book smarts in the world mean nothing if you have no bedside manor.

I just left a few minutes ago after my tonsillectomy and my experience was nothing but great. The facility is clean and the entire staff was friendly, I cannot say enough great things! My recovery nurse Jesse (spell check, female with brown hair!) was so amazing. My experience was smooth sailing from start to finish. Surgecenter had great communication and pre op and post op instructions were clear from start to finish

Everyone was very professional! 5 stars all around! The medical staff to the business office were all very knowledgeable. I would recommend that this surgery center to anyone! I would put their clinical quality care up against a hospital any day! I also liked how the center called beforehand to inform me of any patient responsibility and a preop nurse to answer any questions I might have. Very personable

My son had surgery there today, and the medical staff were great with him. He is autistic, and can be very difficult to work with. If there was any way to give them 5 stars, i would. The office and billing staff, however, is a totally different story. In the 2 days prior to the surgery, the amount i was to pay changed, and their payment method changed twice.
I was told that i could put both charges on the same credit card. When we arrived this morning prior to the surgery, i was then told that i had to use 2 different credit cards, or they would cancel the procedure. In short, the office and billing staff are very unprofessional, disorganized, and occasionally border on being rude. If you can smehow get over that hurdle, the medical staff are top notch.
