Meet our team at Associated Pediatricians LLC! Please take a few moments to learn about our skilled practitioners and our friendly, nurturing staff. At Associated Pediatricians LLC, we consider it both a great joy and responsibility to care for children. Most of us are parents ourselves, so we strive to be understanding and available to the families we are privileged to serve.
Our office staff works hard to ensure patient comfort and convenience. To help you better understand our office operations, we have included the information you need about our hours, locations, appointments, insurance acceptance and billing below. We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment.

I called today to make an appointment for my newborn who by proxy of MY cancer diagnosis putting me on Medicaid, is apparently on Medicaid also. The unhelpful woman on the phone told me they don't see Medicaid patients. Not only have I come to find out this isn't true, but I explained that he is insured under his dad's employer insurance (union pipefitter BCBS, so, good insurance) and we wouldn't be using the Medicaid.
The woman very rudely told me that using his father's insurance instead of his Medicaid is "Medicaid fraud, " and was overly happy to tell me that they wouldn't be seeing him. I can't speak to the quality of their doctors because their rude office staff doesn't understand how insurance works and enjoys refusing medical care to 6 week old babies.

We love this place! It's nice being able to visit 2 different locations and the evening hours on certain days are a nice option as well! Our kids have always mostly seen Dr. Mueller who we think is the best fit for our kids! Dr. Mueller takes her time with us and answers all of our questions and concerns! Thank you Dr. Mueller for all you have done for us we appreciate you more than you know!
We have seen almost all of the doctors at some point I'm sure and everyone has been great! The receptionist's and nurses are all so kind and amazing as well! Anytime we need a last minute emergency appointment they make it work to make sure we are taken care of! Thank you all for being so kind and taking the best care of our kids! Your doctors and staff are the best hands down!

I have 3 children I bring to this office. Only once have I had an issue and it was with one of their nurse practitioners, Rhonda. I voiced my concerns to one of the receptionists as I was walking out and was shocked that just a couple hours later their office manager, Dayna, REACHED OUT TO ME! I didn't ask for this call, she cared enough hearing from her staff that I was frustrated that she took it upon herself to call and ask me my concerns.
I will never see Rhonda again (EVER and I'm not the only one who feels this way!) but because of Dayna's actions and the truthful - sincere words she spoke to me about Associated Pediatricians I now know how much they truly care about their patients and reputation. I will continue going to this office because of this phone call. My favorites are Dr. Dimitroff and Dr. Bukata.

Office staff is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. "Sandy" or whatever her name is that starts with an "S" I believe, is the reason why my child will not return nor ever recommend to this facility to anyone. I arrived on time and called to state that I was in the parking lot so I could be checked in. A staff member informed me it would be a minute until they had our room ready and that they would call me back.
I waited outside for more then 30 minutes and called in and "sandy" answered and I informed her I was outside for (x) amount of time and asked when would my room be ready. To which she responded, "mam mam mam calm down your room has been ready for 20 minutes." Mind you I did not take a tone when asking my questions, I was just simply asking when our room would be ready.
Also NO ONE called me to tell me they were ready to see me and my child. After our appointment when she was scheduling for the next appointment and she was very dismissive. (Maybe I'm wrong and the two aren't the same people but they sure sound similar.) I called not to long after to cancel my next appointment because this just didn't sit right with me, and once I stayed who I was I was greeted with the response "yeah.and?." The Drs were okay, nothing to really promote here typical in and out no real time for you, your questions and your child.

I wanted to praise Dr. Dimitroff on his bed side manner and his compassionate heart for my son. Dr. Dimitroff has listened to all our concerns and frustrations this past year and has gotten my son back to feeling better and being active again as any child should. I appreciate the time on the phone and the hours in the office he has taken so serious to care for my son and our family.
Thank you for the assurance you've given my son to make him feel better. I would recommend any child to see associated Peds and ask for Dr. Dimitroff. Sincerely a grateful mom!

The two stars are for the few doctors we have seen that have been really great. Especially Dr. Lee, he was the only one that we haven't felt rushed with. I'm leaving this review because the finance manager shouldn't be so quick to get an attitude on the phone over a payment. It's already hard being behind on your own finances due to this past year's circumstances. Also who the hell doesn't see A CHILD because of an overdue balance. I've never had that issue before. I can't believe the lack of compassion.

As a medical provider myself I have a sincere appreciation for the professionalism and organization of all the staff in the Valpo office. I have never called and felt anything other than a genuine concern for the well-being of the patients (my babies) and we've never had difficulty with scheduling for ongoing appointments but also as needed for illness.
I appreciate that we also have the option of choosing our preferred provider for certain appointments. I don't believe we've ever waited more than five minutes to get into the office. As a parent I do not begin to know everything and I feel that Dr. Bishop provides us with the information that we need with attention to child specific needs (the whole child!).
