I went to IVF Chicago during 2021. They made me doing a lot of ultrasound and blood test. I wait 8 month for a response about when cai I start my ivf treatment and only were told "you need a laparoscopy and we don't do that, look for another doctor, and then we can re- start your protocol" the doctor never explained the procedure or the results. When you start this journey you know nothing about ivf. I had a really bad experience. Lack of attention and they only are pretty interested to get money from you.

I've been to Orland Park for 3 Embryo Transfers. Each time the wait seems to be about normal for any procedure. The front desk gals are decent but seem confused on some things, this last time on 4/18 for my Embryo transfer they asked for payment in which I don't pay, the intended parents pay, so this is information they should know up front so it's not holding up the check in process nor confusing everyone. The nurses seem to be knowledgeable and very caring and helpful. Overall Orland Park is a nice clinic.

I started going to Chicago IVF in October 2021 and now I have a healthy, beautiful 3 month old baby girl. I had my first frozen transfer on April 28th and on May 7th we got our first positive beta! My pregnancy was healthy and we welcomed our baby girl on January 11th 2022. We could not have done it without the help of Chicago IVF. We worked with Dr. Schultz and our nurse Elena was wonderful and helpful along the way.
We can't wait to go for our second transfer this winter, we will use another embryo from our first transfer in April 2021. IVF can be a difficult process, even as a full time teacher and grad student at the time, the process went very smoothly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the nurses are great!

I was disappointed with the unprofessional service. They called me to schedule lab test 2 weeks before. They took all my information, and they asked me to pick up the kit. However, at the day of test, they said they can't do the test because I needed a referral from my doctor which made me throw sample in the garbage and lost my PTO. Everyone knows how requesting PTO is hard in the pandemic Just because they forgot to check my insurance when they scheduled my appointment. I don't know if we going to continue with further steps if the starting step is going unprofessionally like this.

I would just give 0 star if I could. I just got the surprise billing $6585 from them. They told me that they accept my insurance and scheduled me to do blood test and ultrasound, but they sent my DNA to get genetic testing without noticing me. They never called or explained the details and costs before any services. I had to ask my insurance to find out the genetic testing is the reason why cost so much. Me and my husband have called the Chicago ivf for billing questions for many times but still no answer!

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give no stars I would! The on call nurses are NOT sober! I called the on call nurse Friday night bc my meds where not ordered correctly for the 2nd time! I don't have them now and had to go on Facebook groups to beg for meds from woman we had extra. This nurse was sluring her words, repeating her self a lot asking the same questions over and over.
She told me she was at a funeral, her office and then home in under 10 mins. Munster office is a mess A lot of mistakes, such as sending orders to the wrong pharmacy, not sending the correct meds to the pharmacy, staffing issues that cause me to drive over 50 miles to get treatment even though my clinic is in my subdivision. Not a single thing has gone right with my experience here. RUN

IVF is an emotional roller coaster to a say the least. The team at Chicago IVF were there for every step of the way. They helped with medication orders, FMLA, emotional support and more. The team helped me through all the loses that my husband and I had and through the birth of our daughter. I highly recommend Chicago IVF for their dedication, emotional support, and willingness to go above and veyond!

Thank you will never be enough for this "infertile" momma who's twin boys just turned 8! After 10 + years of failed attempts, Chicago ivf and its staff helped us through invitro fertilization. From the appointments to all the knowledge to the excitement in the nurses voice when she called to let us know the results of our pregnancy test were finally positive!
To our last appointment before I was released to my regular doctor because I was expecting Twins and doing great. The entire staff will always hold a special place in our hearts. Highly recommended!

We owe our family's success to the staff at Chicago IVF. They are truly caring and genuine and long to help you complete your family. We felt comfortable every step of the way and trusted their knowledge and experience to guide us during such a vulnerable and uncertain time in our lives. We not only came to them for assistance in becoming pregnant, but after a successful IUI pregnancy they were there to support us during 2 additional, natural pregnancies! We have referred many friends and family members who long to complete their families to Chicago IVF and will continue to do so in the future without hesitation.

I arrived at my appointment a little early, as I was told that the physician would not prep for the appointment until my arrival. The receptionist did not greet me, so I greeted her. I signed a couple of documents and I began to wait. Several other patients entered into the facility and seemed to seen by a physician right away. I finally asked about the wait and was informed that it would be another 30 mins, which will make them an hour late for my appointment. I have received very poor service for this institution.

I decided to make an appointment with Chicago IVF for a second opinion. On their website, they offer a "free" 2nd opinion, so I requested that and was called almost immediately. It was verbally reiterated to me that it was free, but that the doctor was not in warrenville for 2 weeks, so I agreed to go to Orland Park that first time. Let me preface this by saying that I work in healthcare, so I have certain expectations of professionalism.
This place was appalling. There is stuff EVERYWHERE. It looks so disorganized. The doctor was wearing yoga pants and a hoodie; most of the consult, her bra strap was visible. Any information written down was on scraps of paper. And the nurse directed me to get procedures done at their location in Munster, IN, despite knowing where I live in the western suburbs. wouldn't even Chicago be closer than Munster, IN?
None of this inspires confidence. They also do batching (where all women are on the same IVF cycle) and all I could do while looking around is wonder if they'd mix up my future embryos with someone else's. On top of that, I received a bill for their "FREE" 2nd opinion, which is infuriating and deceitful. I would 110% stay away from this place!

FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR! This is the first and only office we went to, so hard to speak of how it could have been better. But. After 3 IUI, it was said that the ovary cyst was a problem. They said it was not a problem when we started treatment. Then the bills started rolling in, which have NEVER been correct since day 1. If you end up using this office, or any of their many other offices, pay VERY close attention to your balance owed.
Even when I was talking to their billing dept trying to straighten it out, they put a hold on our account and had to make a $200 payment so we can continue with treatments. Almost one year later, the billing discrepancies still continue. We're finding multiple instances where they are saying a copay is owed, but had to provide proof so they can get their records straight.
Their billing office is horrible and the doctor staff is not the most charming people to work with. Yes, we finally got pregnant, but what a nightmare that all was. Good luck!

I love this Clinic in Orland Park. I Had previous experience at a different clinic with 3 Failed Cycles and gave up. 7 years later I was referred to Chicago IVF for another try and they got it on the first attempt. Now I have a beautiful 5 month old baby. I love the staff, nurses, doctors. They went over everything with me and explained everything step by step.
They were always on point wth their calls and taking care of me they my cycle, they actually made me feel like I was their only patient I am actually in the process of getting ready for a New Cycle. I will see you soon Chicago IVF

This place is an ABSOLUTE joke! I (unfortunately) was a patient of theirs for two long years. They were cold hearted and never explained anything. They were simply going through the motions of getting woman in and out as fast a possible, like a herd of cattle. Their nursing staff is a joke and couldn't have cared less about my care. I will not go into the details of all the awful things I encounter here because frankly I do not care to relive the pain.
I left this practice 2 years into my IVF journey and although my new IVF center was unable to bring my dream of being a mother to fruition, they treated me with such kindness. They were a true class act. After leaving Chicago IVF about 2 years ago, today I received an email from them wishing me a happy birthday. Seriously? Happy Birthday from my IVF clinic?
My dream of be coming a mother never happened and so this is not a memory I want to relive, this did nothing but break my heart all over again. I can't believe someone thought this was a good idea. Who ever came up with this idea should be fired.

I highly recommend Chicago IVF! All the nurses, front desk staff, ultrasound techs, nurse practitioners, everyone were absolutely helpful and kind. I have experience of another clinic from my first son, and let me tell you how professional and organized Chicago IVF is. My appt's were on time and quick. I felt that everyone there really was compassionate about my situation, and were all genuinely happy for me when I got pregnant.
I met with Dr. Jain for my treatment, and I felt he was very on top of the latest procedures. I found out a very painful medicine I took with my first pregnancy was not needed and is an old outdated treatment. Very grateful for everyone at Chicago IVF.
