I go to the Urgent care when I can't get an appointment with my PVP because I'm always treated with respect. From the nurses to the doctors, to the registration, they are all very nice. I took my son to Urgent Care at Pinnacle and was really impressed with how quickly we were in and out and the doctor was outstanding with my son. It was an easy process for us from registration to care and treatment! Pinnacle hospital is a great place.

Pinnacle Hospital offers a bountiful array of insurance benefits to our regular staff members who have been offered and continue to work a full-time position sixty (60) or more hours per bi-weekly pay. Insurance benefits become available on the first (1st) day of the month after sixty days of full-time employment.

My wife had a spine surgery here on 2/24/22. She stayed overnight. Excellent service from all the healthcare professionals. She had been to almost all the hospitals in the area. But this place beats them all hands down. Even in ICU in other hospitals the call buttons meet with slow responses, not at Pinnacle, here someone immediately called back every time and the help arrived within a minute. All her concerns were met quickly and she left with a VIP treatment.

Everyone there was very polite, from the doctors down to the house keepers. Saw many aspects, a 2 day stay, an urgent care visit, bloodwork, xrays, ultrasounds, and a mammogram. Everyone there makes you feel at ease, from the front receptionists to the surgeons. Love this place and would highly recommend.

My name is Patricia Blackburn and I received the best care along with attentive nurses, aids, dietary, housekeeping, physical therapy for a 3 day stay for back surgery. As soon as I heard this was a doctor owned hospital, I knew that is where I wanted my surgery done. I worked in healthcare and this is how it used to be back in. the 1980's. I can highly recommend this hospital in the Crown Point Area.

I just had back surgery at Pinnacle hospital. I just want to thank the Doctors who took such good care of me. Dr. Hyder and his team are exceptional. The nurses in Surgery and on the floor took such good care of me. They made my pain tolerable. I'll be forever grateful for everyone. Physical therapy made sure to explain in detail everything I needed to know. I just overall had a great experience.

Had a procedure today. Everything about the hospital and staff is outstanding. Ultrasound department and staff was so friendly. Explained everything. Surgical department was the best. Everyone was so friendly. Explained everything. Made sure I was comfortable throughout it all. The surgical nurses were the best! I've never been so relaxed before being put under for a procedure. I can't say enough about this hosputal

I never had a pleasant hospital experience until I decided to go to Pinnacle. I've been seen in the past for urgent care, hospitalization, major surgery over the past couple of years, and today for outpatient diagnostic imaging. The staff and environment is completely different from anywhere else. The staff is talented and caring and plentiful! During the week long hospital stay, I never once had a problem with bombardment or lack of response time. Doctors and nursing staff even take the time to get to know you better.
The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and calming and with my procedure today and previous surgery, I had far less common effects and exceptionally fast healing times. I'm so grateful for what they do and prefer to never go anywhere else if I can help it! Keep in mind, they do not have an ER, they have an urgent care facility and handful of hospital rooms, so they do not have the setup to triage life and death emergencies. If that's the case, save your time and get to an ER immediately.

Had spinal fusion on my lumbar 4 and 5 by Dr. Hyder on 9-11. Lots of pain after wards and great at making me as comfortable as possible. Cleaned my room 2x a day and that staff was great. Hospital food was hospital food but found it to be some of the best. Nurses were very polite and attentive, didn't have to call nurses or their assistants cause they made their regular rounds. No complaints from this old man. I'm husband of Earlene writing this. GREAT JOB PINNACLE.
