Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Waited 2.5 hours and left! I was referred to Benedetto by my dermatologist for a procedure he does but she does not. My appointment was at 2, showed up 15 min early like they asked for an initial appointment which is laughable considering I was there until close to closing time. I left at 4:15 after being told it would only be 10-15 more minutes q few times. Was talking to the other patients who were also upset and said this was normal for this guy.
It's obvious this guy overbooks to maximize profit as anyone else in business this long would have realized what an appropriate buffer time or amount of patients in a day he can handle is. You forgot the golden rule, customer experience is THE most important aspect of your business. Because of a terrible customer experience I told my dermatologist about this experience and told her to never again refer a patient to you.
This one star review also brings your google rating down further. But hey, you squeezed in a few more surgeries that day to make more money and cost an average guy a few hundred for a parking meter that ran out and extra fees for daycare for picking my kids up past 4:30.

Dr. Benadetto does excellent work. I had a severe aggressive skin cancer that he professionally removed, and then the next day he rebuilt my entire upper R ear. Dr. Anthony Benedetto a dishonest and not credible physician. He performed a procedure on me TWICE with equip he did not use correctly and after admitting he needed the rep to help him offered to give me a "free" treatment instead of refunding me my requested reimbursement. He is solely motivated by greed. There are too many other qualified practitioners that I would refer patients to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PRACTICE!

Went to Dr. Anthony Benedetto for first time for big sore on leg which was not healing. Biopsy confirmed squamous cell carcinoma. It was decided to have the MOHS surgery. This was performed with closing of the wound with stitches the following day. I must say I am very impressed with Dr. Bendetto and his staff. Dr. Benedetto is a very personable doctor who takes his time to explain everything he is doing.
I found his nurses--Marcella, Nicole and particularly Ann Marie to be professional, knowledgeable, and caring. When I was nervous over the stitching procedure, the 3 nurses and 2 doctors started talking to me all about my animals to distract me from what they were doing. It worked--LOL. Dr. Frank who assisted Dr. Benedetto was also very professional and caring. All and all, this whole experience has left me very impressed with Dr. Benedetto and his staff.

Went in for a follow-up today and wasted my afternoon because the doctor was "behind schedule." I waited an hour in the waiting room and 30 minutes in their private room before leaving. Never saw the doctor. I'm pretty flexible, scheduling-wise, so I'm not sure why they couldn't have called to warn me before I left work. Or when I came in, 15 minutes early.
The receptionists seemed like they had plenty of time to make those warning calls, and they definitely know how to use a phone, as evidenced by the personal calls they took while I was waiting. Anyway, at least they have one less patient now to keep up with the work.

This place is awful. Three months for an appointment and THE DAY OF the appointment the office calls to cancel because the Dr had to go to the dentist. Fine. BUT then they try to reschedule and the next spot for me is in another month and a half! Seriously worst patient experience I've ever had. The receptionist was pleasant and felt bad but the nurses are the only ones with decision making power and they let you know it.
The nurses are completely unprofessional and have the worst attitude. When I asked for the Dr. The day after they canceled my appointment, he was ON VACATION FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS! I feel completely lied to. Save yourself time and money. Do not choose this Dr.

Seeing Dr. Benedetto often means waiting in his office for 60-90 minutes with little to no guidance from him or his staff as to his schedule. (This is when I had an appointment!) His staff have been friendly at times, but also rude and rushed at other times. Their management of paperwork has been highly uneven. I would not recommend his office.
