I've gone to Brinton lake Dermatology since I moved to the area 22 years ago. I've had several procedures and regular twice yearly visits. I loved the practice and all of the Doctors I saw and PAs. However, shortly after my last procedure, I received a letter literally firing me as a Patient over $35? I had just been in the office 3 months earlier and it was never mentioned?

Part of the payment of $5 was from 8 years ago? I have NEVER heard of such a degrading and disrespectful practice to a Customer who has recommended this practice for years. I spoke to your Office Manager twice who could of cared less. Shame on you, you are making money hand over fist.

They are too big-do not communicate with each other-also wanted to cut my face and ended up being nothing.

First interaction with the office was a rude receptionist and a complete lack of appointments. My hope is that the doctors are great and representative of the administrative staff. However I will never know.

I have one complaint that I have experienced the past 4 visits in 6 months that I have been to the office. Why when checking out and making your payment for the visit, no one knows how to say good morning, good afternoon or how are you today? Just I'll take your blue paper, no smile, no thank you, no have a good day. Has happened each time I left the practice, and it is definitely a mood changer for the office. Sad, the greetings have no place in office requirements anymore.

Dr. Venesky and her assistant were amazing. Patient, kind, understanding, and more than helpful. I'm so glad I chose Brinton Lake Dermatology and would highly recommend to anyone for their skincare needs

Today I called to schedule an appointment at Briton Lake Dermatology and was told that they no longer were accepting new patients. When I called back and spoke with Kathy, she informed me that there are seven dermatologists within the practice and that the information given on the previous call was untrue. However, she stated I missed my 1st scheduled appointment as a new patient in May with Dr. Schriner, so this practice no longer wants to provide me service.

This one physician had the nerve to include this as a note on my chart and was speaking for all the physicians for this practice. They didn't even inquire as to why I missed my appointment. I asked the receptionist if this was the practice policy as I was not informed of this when I scheduled my appointment. She returned that it was indeed their policy.

How ludicrous does that sound, so in layman terms, their policy says if you miss an appointment, keep it stepping because we don't want your business? So just how many people have they turned away for missing an appointment? Is it really all about the money? This practice must be doing very well and have such a large client base, that the physicians are happy with their earnings to turn away business.

I have never been to this office, but from a customer service point of view, they don't care about your health or well-being, you can be layed up in the hospital, in an accident, sick, at a funeral, or called back to work, regardless of the reason they're unconcerned and because they're Briton Lake can afford to turn away business. So I'm expressing to the public to seek your services elsewhere.

I don't recommend this place to anyone and very happy to know that there are many competitors like Innovative Dermatology or Dermatology LTD who are more popular, can perform the same service, and a better customer service experience and have a higher review rating than Briton Lake Dermatology.

Dr. Tonelli is by far the best Doctor I have EVER been to. I just had my first visit to Brinton Lake Dermatology and couldn't be more pleased. She was extremely thorough, compassionate, and very attentive. She didn't rush through the apt and took her time answering questions. Thank you Dr. Tonelli for being so wonderful!

Dr. Tonelli is the best dermatologist I have ever been to! She is kind and caring, and listens to my concerns. When I go to her I feel like I'm going to see a friend. She is also an EXCELLENT dermatologist! I've been to dozens of dermatologists and she is the first one to clear up my adult acne. She also has helped me with cosmetic concerns including Latisse and Botox and made me feel excited not embarrassed for wanting to do cosmetic procedures! I am truly confident in her abilities and thankful for her empathy through it all.

This office has a very friendly atmosphere. With a wide range of doctors and physician assistants to patients in a timely manner. They assistants are very friendly and the front desk does their best to accommodate patients to be seen in a time frame that works best for them. The aestheticians do a fantastic job with amazing facials along with many other spa treatments and are very highly trained and qualified. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

The staff at Brinton Lake Dermatology is professional and personable. Appointment scheduling is done in such a way as to avoid long patient waiting times. This policy ensures that every patient has ample time with the physician and the appointment is not rushed. Dr. Hostetler is personable and professional. She is very attentive to patients' concerns and questions. Exams and procedures are thorough. Upon leaving an appointment, the patient is confident and reassured that she/he has received the best dermatological care available.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lisa Hostetler for over 10 years. I have always felt like the quality of care has been top notch. I actually look forward to my appointments as she is always very upbeat and personal. Excellent "bedside manner" in a caring way.

Beautiful office, friendly and accommodating staff and my PA is Amazing! I've been seeing Erin for a long time and she is extremely thorough. Can't wait to try the spa side. Highly recommend. Ask them for cancellations and they will call you when they get one. I can usually get an appointment within a few days that way.

I have been going to this practice for over 10 years and have never had anything but a very pleasant, professional experience. I really like the fact that it is owned by three board-certified female dermatologists and that they have separate suites for their cosmetic patients and their medical patients. The doctors are booked well in advance (not uncommon in the field of dermatology) but I have received excellent care from all of the Physician Assistants who have seen me.

The cosmetic team is terrific as well! I think people expect miracles from a single cosmetic treatment but most of them require 3 - 5 treatments for the best results. Their facials are amazing! Highly recommended!
