I wish I could make this a zero. It's the first time I've every left a review anywhere. After waiting a month and calling our doctors office to make sure a referral was sent the office gave me their name. I called and talked to intake coordinator who should NOT be in this position. She forgot to put me on hold while asking a question for me. I hear the ENTIRE conversation, including the f-bomb and her rudeness of talking about me.

I called back to talk to office manger who was not available. I talked to the medical secretary and explained what I heard the conversation and told her if she happened to find the long lost referral TEAR IT UP. I will never let any family member step foot in that place. Also, I'm a nurse and I would never talk to someone that way. Rudeness experience ever. Says a lot about helping with mental health

Why does this not allow 0 stars? From start to finish this place is HORRIBLE! Took forever to get a therapist, once I did, she was awful. She spent more time not listening to me and not paying attention to me than providing me with help. She canceled an appointment on me at the last minute but when I gave 24 hours notice to cancel my appointment, I got charged double what the appointment would cost! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place! Talk to your dog if you have to, he/she will provide better service!

I use to go to Internet Behavioral Health but then they got bought out by this business and I must say, my experience has been god awful. Springfield Psychological has no empathy for their patients. They only care about $$$$$. I recently had an appointment but I couldn't attend it because I was in bed sick with Covid-19. They didn't care they're still going to charge me an outrageous fee of $125.00!

For what? A freaking 15 minute telahealth conference?! What a joke. To top it off I have to reschedule now and getting hold of a human being is like pulling teeth. Not to mention I still need a refill on my prescription and that's a joy itself. I'm already looking into a new place as we speak. I've dealt with SP for such little time and within that time I already hate this place. They only care about Money.

I got a referral from my primary a while ago and was told to expect a call in the next week. It never came so I reached out myself and never got a call back. The one time I got through to someone I was told it was the line for emergencies only, even though that wasn't the button I pressed on the menu. I'm doing better now, but no thanks to this place.

If there was a ZERO that's what I would rate this substandard person, Thomas Koste, who was filling in for our sons regular psyche nurse. They had a zoom call yesterday. Our son has special needs since age 3 including ASD. He has been stable for years on the cocktail he currently takes. He's attending college, has a job and a therapist. There has been an error somewhere between springfield Psychological (one of the nurses), the pharmacy and the insurance company.

The pharmacy where's he's been for 17 years is cooperating with our attempt to find the error. It's possible he was overprescribed. Koste used the session to bully my son and repeated the word "noncomplaint" about 30 times no exaggeration. The pharmacist apologized as she was filling in and was not familiar with my sons case. For Koste to bully, berate and humiliate anyone let alone a young person with special needs is unacceptable!

We have been unsuccessful contacting Springfield Psychological but our plan is to lodge a complaint, and then we will contact the PA Nursing Board to flag his license. Run if you see the name Thomas Koste. If there is an electronic reply below this it will say all you need to know.

Very unprofessional & nasty! I met with Thomas Koste, CRNP thru zoom and he was very short and not empathetic! He pretended tu help but then had secretary call me saying he couldn't help me. Extremely unprofessional. I have since found another practice that will help me.

My experience with the intake process was frustrating. I called after work around 3:30 pm over the course of two weeks- I left 3 voicemails and called 5 times to no avail. Finally I called the therapist directly and we made arrangements. He encouraged me to continue calling intake. This is lucky because I was ready to go to a competitor. Today I finally got through to a human being at intake when I called before noon.

She was very professional and I can only assume the design of their intake process causes them to be unable to answer phones at the time I was calling or return voicemails in a reasonable amount of time. Their competition let's you complete your intake application online and follows up with you the next day. I hope Springfield can use this feedback to address the issues that myself and the other reviewers have experienced.

Shocking that I called on behalf of my child left multiple messages for intake and despite this being related to adolescent mental health not even a call back to say they are not accepting new patients. Never experienced unprofessionalism or such a lack of dignity from medical personnel. There's a true mental health crisis in this country and it must be flowing from the top down when the people that are supposed to help IGNORE you.

Do not waste your time, health or money on this preposterous business less you think you are in a twilight zone. A complete farce with more clowns then a circus. In actuality ZERO stars. Beware.

This place is a joke I tried so many times to schedule appointments and I called and left my phone number several times and it took over 40 days for them to finally call me. Collectively all of the employees have about 3 brain cells id be better off talking to a wall about my problems. Cheers

Avoid this group if humanly possible! This place is a scam and it's a waste of time and money. If you really value your mental health, go somewhere else. I came here for help and instead of getting medicine like I came for, Julie Furst tried to milk out my visits as much as possible. It's always about scheduling the next meeting rather than helping today.

When I told her I was in urgent need of help and couldn't hold on for much longer she suggested I go back to seeing my therapist and call her in 5-6 weeks. Absolute garbage. You can tell she had no idea what she was doing and the session was an overall traumatic experience. In a crisis, one expects therapy to be helpful, but I had the opposite experience.

If you need therapy please don't settle for this place. The psychiatrist are discomforting and bad at what they do. By simply finding another psychiatrist I was able to be treated within 24 hours, genuine help with no time wasted. I suggest everyone else do the same.

A horrible experience with this company. Was difficult to get an appointment even after an urgent referral from my primary care physician as no one ever answered the phone, only able to leave messages and no one getting back to me after calling multiple times. I was given incorrect information about my billing, at the fault of Springfield Psychological, costing me hundreds of dollars.

When they finally reached out about the issue after I complained to my therapist they left me a voicemail which I called right back about yesterday and the day before, only to be able to leave messages that they never follow up on. Still waiting to hear back. Such a shame because the therapist Michele Stein has been amazing, understanding, compassionate and helpful in the sessions I've had with her, but the way the company is run it make me not want to go back.

Let's just say their follow up is abysmal at best. They never called for follow up when they said they would. I had to keep calling for appointments. Then the individual handling the phone was absolutely rude. If you are truly in need of any psychological assistance this place is not the place to go. They'll just tell you to go elsewhere anyway. Rude, unprofessional and completely lacking any empathy.

THIS IS THE MOST UN-PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH. THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND VERY UN-ACCOMMODATING OR UNDERSTANDING. WE WERE RECENTLY CHARGED $120 FOR A MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE WAITED OVER 15 MINTUES TO BE "LET INTO" THE MEETING ON THE COMPUTER. WE'VE HAD TROUBLE LOGGING IN TO THESE MEETINGS FROM DAY ONE AND THEY BASICALLY BLAMED US FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS THE MEETING. WHEN I CALLED INTO THE OFFICE TO REPORT THAT WE WERE NOT BEING LET INTO THE MEETING, I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEN NEVER GOT A CALL BACK UNTIL 3 HOURS LATER! I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I DIDN'T CALL INTO THE OFFICE "QUICK ENOUGH" TO REPORT THAT NO ONE WAS IN THE MEETING. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! (TREVOS)

Place has stared to go down hill in recent years. Please stay away from this place. The staff is unorganized and not like what they used to be. It feels like they don't care at this place. I have spoken to the owner and some things she could do to help improve this place like it was once before and she doesn't care. Hire quality employees that want to work and not want to pass the buck and do nothing. Maybe the owner should leave at this point before she runs this place entirely into the ground.

Springfield Psychological is absolutely horrendous! Do not go here! They don't care about us! I've been a client here for about a year and about a month ago I was prescribed anxiety meds by one of their psychiatrists. Those meds made me very depressed and one day about two weeks ago I had a huge break down consisting of many suicidal thoughts.

I immediately called Springfield Psych, got no answer and left a message asking to speak to any psychiatrist ASAP. As my day went on and I had more and more of these intrusive thoughts, I called again and asked to speak with someone AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I then called again and repeated myself, gave my name, birthday, number, everything. It's now been over two weeks and I have yet to receive a call back.

I gotta say, this place scares me with the way they practice. As a fellow Heathcare worker, their assessment skills in recognizing disorders or even patients in need of help is extremely poor. I write this review because I wouldn't want anyone to go through the same experience I had and be left for over a month looking for answers. Long story short I explained what was going on and the individual I saw walked me down after a 30-45 min conversation to introduce me to some lady who was so short with me, basically asking for over 2000 dollars for a particular test to diagnose a disorder.

My jaw dropped.by the time I turned around, the lady I had previously sought for help was long gone and I was left in a lobby dumbfounded, feeling played, and even worse anxiety than before. About a month later I recieve a voice mail from the lady that more or less abandoned me in the lobby telling me what she thought i might be going through. This place is dangerous in treating their patients and are going to end up getting someone killed as a result of being unable to identify the needs of their patients.

My advice, seek a private practice, pay the extra money and get the proper care you deserve. I never want to hear from this organization again, dont even ask me to have a conversation over this matter with you guys.

OK Yelp. You win. I made a massive mistake. I should have paid attention to the ratings for this business. Please, if you are reading this, I implore you to use any other service. Yes, PSG is that awful.

Staff doesnt care about you. DO NOT GO HERE. I've been a client since 2016 and recently just had problems. Staff dont call you back and decides to just charge you card on file. Never coming back here again. Absolutely disgusted, go somewhere else!

You billed my credit card for another adult patient who didn't have an appointment, This is a violation of HIPAA laws. You have to inform your patient if there is any discrepancies with billing issues. You can not just bill a credit card you have on file which belongs to someone other than the patient and has no billing agreement with your medical practice. You commited credit card fraud and violated the patient rights.

If I could give it a 0 star, yes. Eek, talk about in it for the money. There is a reason why they always have appointments available. Its just the nature of the business. If you are good, you're booked for 3-5 months. This place is literally the bottom of the barrier. You have hit a career all-time low if you are working at this place. My daughter had therapy with one of their top therapist.

This guy took calls on his phone during sessions from his kids. The office staff need to be trained soooo badly. Poor, poor, poor. I have to "dumb down" my language in order to speak with them. Please tell me you can do better than this place!

Literally the worst therapy session I've had in my entire life. Christine Fox is a psychopath, avoid her like the plague. She wouldn't let me talk and avoided and interupted my questions in our initial interview. She also refused to work with my FMLA regarding my workplace. Christine said that the anxiety was all in my head and I didn't need medication for it, nor should I be on medication. On top of all this, Christine has some serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed if she's going to continue to be a professional in this field.

Everytime, I have to deal with the secretary, I cringe, because she is rude and ignorant. Today was no exception. The Psychiatrist, by accident put in a refill for the wrong medication for my 11 year old son, during his visit the other day and I left a message on her voicemail. When I called today to confirm if she received my message, instead of just telling me simply yes, she told me to call the pharmacy to find out if the they got the new script in a demanding, scolding, unprofessional tone.

Since I happen to be at the pharmacy for something else, I physically went and talked to someone at the pharmacy and they checked their system and didn't see the script. I wasn't upset and relayed the information back to the secretary's voicemail. She called me back and accused me in her rude tone of not following her directions, "If I followed her directions and called the pharmacy at such location, I would have found out that the script was filled".

I calmly explained to her that I physically went to said location and personally spoke to someone and they checked their computer system and saw nothing. How was that not following her directions? Also, everytime I have to make an appointment for my 11 year old son, she never is accommodating to his schedule with school. I can't keep taking him out of school early.

I just don't understand how a rude, obnoxious woman still works for this office. As soon as I find another place for my son to go get his mental needs met, believe me, we are leaving this practice. No one should be treated this way, no one.

The ladies who handle the phone are incredibly rude. I was a patient ther for a couple of months and when I was finally able to get back on the meds I needed I stopped going to therapy. I was not told that if I stopped that they wouldn't refill my script. On the phone INSTEAD of asking if I wanted to schedule an appointment they told me to call my primary and then hung up. Screw that.

If they really weren't out for the money they wouldn't make me go to therapy and pay a $40 co pay on top of a $40 script. If they knew anything they'd know that there is a difference between a chemical imbalance - which has only been cured for me through medication (after 10 years of therapy) and not make me go and sit in silence for a script.

I liked the therapist and the doctors. Their policies are ridiculous and inconvenient and the staff sucks. If they really cared about their patients they would have called me after they received the request for a script refill and not just tell me to go somewhere else.
