Absolutely terrible. Therapist was good, everything else an absolute disaster. It's unfortunate this is the apple wagon she as hitched herself to.

I don't know why there are bad reviews on here. I really like the doctors I see. Have been to other Drs & these r best drs I have seen! Only complaint is when calling the office, I almost always have to leave a message & wait for a call back. Someone needs to man the phones better. But again, my doctors are awesome. Guess I got lucky!

Don't waste your time. After being on a three month waitlist they call me a minute after my appointment is about to start to say it's canceled. This practice is poorly run and shows zero care for their patients. Look elsewhere.

Nobody there talks to each other, you will get three phone calls from three different people to say the same thing. On top of that, they somehow cannot keep their heads on straight and half the time do not send your prescriptions over to the pharmacy when they are suppposed to. They are at a level of incompetence that is only achieved when you actively neglect your job. You have to TRY in order to be as terrible as these people are. Do not waste your time.

If I could give this place 0 stars - I would. I've been trying to get in contact with Philmont via DAILY phone calls to get ANY form of response to continue my ADHD treatment for MONTHS. In 10 weeks of daily calls, I've talked to the receptionist 1 time. I just want to leave this practice, but they're holding my medical records hostage. I've contacted my lawyer TWICE. I'm in the penultimate semester of my degree with no ADHD treatment. This place is costing me $10,000s and being medically negligent. DO NOT GO HERE. THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

I have been going to this practice for the past 7 years as it has always been convenient for me in location. I started seeing a different psychiatrist than I had before there, Dr. Senyk, nearly a year ago. I have had a great amount of success and progress with her. She is highly professional and cautious in regards to prescribing medications. She sincerely cares about the safety, well-being, and feelings of her patients.

I feel she listens and greatly considers your input in every treatment decision she makes. She makes sure you are comfortable with any changes she is considering. She does not just throw scripts at you and kick you out of her office like I have experienced before. She gets to know about you and your life on a personal level with genuine interest. I have seen psychiatrists in the past before who let you have too much control of medications and will over-prescribe controlled substances.

If you are a pill-seeker or believe you know what's best for you without an educational background in psychiatry, you will probably not be happy. I feel like that is the basis for many of these poor reviews, especially in this privileged area. They have the utmost professional standards and are ethically grounded. While I think they need some changes in accessibility in regards to speaking directly to staff and scheduling appointments, Dr. Senyk and my therapist, Catherine, are the best, most personable professionals I have seen.

This "therapeutic environment" is awful. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Showed up and was rudely told by the woman at the front desk that she "wasn't sure why I was there because our therapist called everyone to cancel". Never received a call. Now, my child who needed this is going longer without help. Terrible place, terrible receptionist. Stay away.

Look. I have a great therapist. She's a bit scattered when it comes to some communication we've had but she is the only reason I'm still with Philmont. I can not communicate with my Doctor. He owns the place. I leave messages with the staff, because his voicemail is never accessible. Those messages never seem to reach him. It's the up tenth time I've been told someone will get back to me and the up tenth time I haven't heard back. It's a waste of my time and money. And, despite my great therapist, I will be switching. Thinking of reporting this to the state licensing board.

I had an extremely bad experience with Dr Senyk and would advise anyone looking for a doctor with compassion to look elsewhere. Without going into depth with my diagnosis, she was a part of a treatment plan for me and when I stated that I was uncomfortable with it she shut me down and expressed her disinterest in working with me. I would warn people that there is a reason why Dr Hartman is booked and she is easy to get appointments with.

She marched out of her office and left me sobbing behind her in what felt like a walk of shame. She had no desire to learn more about why I was uncomfortable with her treatment plan nor was she interested in working with me and helping me feel comfortable with the treatment plan. I've been a mental health patient for a long time and I have never been treated so coldly.

Attempting to get a hold of them is a complete nightmare, every time I call the front desk to attempt to make an appointment it goes to voicemail, leaving messages are pointless as they never get back to you. My therapist is amazing but Dr. Senyk is cold and uncaring about your feelings and belittles you, not caring about your own opinions on the medication you have and if you attempt to try to talk to her about anything else she will tell you to go see someone else. The only reason I will go is for my therapy but I will take my psychiatric needs elsewhere.
