I went here two years ago and honestly have debated this long about this review. Let me start off by saying I loved their technology. The no dilation and the whole eye picture was amazing. I have a family history of eye problems so I was extremely impressed. So, why won't I go back there. One of the doctors seemed to use me as a captive audience. I heard way to much about personal issues and literally had to bite down on some choice words i would of said back on the situation had it not been a "professional " setting.

I honestly wanted to go back but the idea of that happening again made me cringe every time and decided to change. Also, the new office I went to tested my glasses and said the frame prescription was different for each eye. They were/are supposed to be the same which explains why I struggled driving in my glasses. Overall, maybe I was a fluke but they dropped the ball with me. Please focus moreon customer service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were able to get my husband in for an eye emergency right away and provide him pain relief. The doctor also came in the next day which was a Sunday. You rarely see people who care like that anymore, it was a great experience. I highly recommend coming here for any of your eye needs!

I've been coming here for the past few years and everyone on the eye team is so friendly and very helpful. I've seen both Doctors and they are great. Dr. Todd is very nice and takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. Jillian was very helpful when trying to pick frames. She has a great sense of style and helped me pick the perfect pair. I'm very happy with the care received and would definitely recommend!

We have had good experiences here and I really like our doctor/most of the staff I have met are nice and friendly so despite being pricey we keep coming back. Kids just ordered new glasses for back to school.

They didn't have pricing on any frames, and I couldn't get a price from them until I told them what my insurance covered first. The lowest frame I was shown was 200$. Only found one frame that I liked here, looking at a couple 200$ range rows, but the frame felt flimsy to me and nowhere near worth over 200$. Going somewhere else that displays their prices upfront. It has standard number of frames to choose from but seemed all way too overpriced.

Won't give you PD unless you order through them. Never had an eye doctor require this and have worn glasses my entire life. Sadly will not be giving them any future business. Legitimately said "we don't do it because we don't get the money from you"

I have been going to Advanced Eye Care for nearly 20 years. Quick wait times, friendly staff, professional and kind doctors. Love it here!

On more than one occasion, I've waited 40-60 minutes for my appointment. Additionally, when picking out glasses, expect them to be pushy and tell you "those glasses are too big for your face" and "no honey, those don't look good on you." This also happened to my friend recently after I told her it happened to me. Let your customers pick out the glasses they like? Never going back.

I've been there twice, had a different doctor each time but both were excellent in every way. very professional, efficient, calming, competent, explaining everything, very thorough and checked every aspect of my vision. they didn't try to sell me on a new prescription, explaining that my vision hasn't changed

Received very good care at Advanced Eye Care. Have gone there for years -- received good reference for Lasik Surgery, always treated professionally, staff is warm and welcoming. Very good selection of frames and sunglasses. Expectations properly set with good follow up.
