Wasnt seen until 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. My appointment lasted 5 mins and I was there almost 2 and 15 mins. Great doctors but plan on making it a day.

The appointment was a little late but the staff and Dr Schock's crew are the best. Keep up the good work doc. you're the best!

Dr. Johnson is amazing person and his staff Kayla is patient and supportive. my earlier review is about RMI Imaging center, they reports are not at all accurate.

The wait was way to long between the time I entered the exam room and the time I saw Dr. Schock. My employer allowed me time to make the visit.

The only problem was having to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room and not being seen until an hour after my appointment time. It's no big deal to me, but I can't drive, and my daughter had to take time off to take me and had to wait out in her car. Other than that, the doctor and nursing staff did a good job and helped me with my medical issue. I will recommend your practice to others.

I was very happy with the care I received from Dr. Seifman's office. All of the staff seem committed to the care of the patients. My follow up care has been very good.

The Dr and staff were all very professional at my visit. The procedures were completed thoroughly. I will be continuing to go for more appts

Dr. Johnston, III is a very gracious and helpful doctor. He speaks clearly and simply in explaining himself. He allows time for questions, and patiently answers. I trust him! His office staff are also very kind and professional.

The ladies in the office are very kind and efficient. The nurse is also very pleasant. Dr. Johnston is thorough, very interested in your life situation, and always positive. He discussed the issue I was there for and then gave me options for treatment. Very Happy with my experiences at MIU.

I honestly wouldn't even give them a single star. Not only are the nurses rude but the doctor that we saw was worse. He just barged in as we were speaking and started proclaiming his name and asking question like he didn't walk into us mid conversation but when my grandmother stated she only had one vaccine shot he Became more rude. Not only that but when she tried to explain what was happening with her bladder he didn't care about what she had to say it took him less then 2 seconds to become rude and get to the point.

They then stated they do not give results over the phone so she'd have to come in again almost three weeks after her visit for results of just a blood test. We spent 2 hour in the office for such a poor outcome. She had a stroke in August and has seen 7 doctors for different things since and I have to say he was the worst the rest at least took their time and acted like they cared which didn't take much time at all.

Excellent office. Staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Hoff is kind and caring. They are thorough and take time to listen. My husband would never change doctors. Dr Hoff has taken care of him with his bladder cancer with genuine care and the best treatment possible. We completely trust him and the staff. We reccomend this office highly.

This is the worst place anyone can go to. Front desk is rude and impatient with elderly patients ta.my mom who has a UTI had to wait 2 hours holding her urine she has 2 people in front of her she went to the desk and asked how much longer because she couldnt hold it anymore. They gave her a cup then when she came back they told her she now has 4 people ahead of her such BS they were rude condescending and disrespectful. Your front desk is the face of your business if the people you hire sont like their jobs and take it out on the elderly they need to leave! Unacceptable behavior!

Let's start with the great staff at the front desk, they are awesome! I encourage everyone do the preregistration online. They are really friendly and efficient. I absolutely love and highly recommend Dr. Guz. He has a very warm and caring personality. The office has many doctors at this location, which is easy to find in Hall road in Utica.

Dr. Nagaraju has been an absolute lifesaver! My problems were so bad that I was not able to work, run errands, or basically leave the house. He is such a good listener and did everything he could to help me get better. It has been a long process but within weeks of seeing him I started getting better. If I have any kind of a setback I know I can just call and they will get me in and help me. I would recommend Dr. Nagaraju to absolutely everyone!

I thought service was great very fast efficient very little paperwork only waited about five minutes was taken to room and assessed by staff immediately saw Dr who was very kind and not at all rushed! Highly recommended!

I realize any time you're dealing with the medical industry you have to expect to wait, but having patients wait in the lobby so long their samples expire is unacceptable. Also billed $200 for a office visit composed of me filling out and submitting a form. Also was told testing was free, when I went to drop off the test I was informed its $100. Don't go here!
