I had cervical fusion of C5-C6. Dr. Karukonda was phenomenal. All my radiculopathy is gone. I wish I would have done this surgery sooner with Dr Karukonda.

My wife made a appointment and gave the insurance information two weeks ago, today at the visit they made us wait a hour before telling us she came up inactive. We called the insurance the office was wrong. The front desk staff is completely incompetent the one person who checked us in an hour ago could have told us this right away! We could have called then they didn't want to talk to the insurance company they wanted to call themselves we left and went to the another specialist our Dr recommended. Train your staff better paying customers are paying customers!

I am a patient of Dr. Jin Lee, who is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I have been to the Teaneck office and to the Englewood office many times. I have never had to wait more than five minutes either in the waiting room or in the exam room. The staff is always professional and the doctors are all friendly. I would highly recommend this practice

Ridiculous, this place is trying to rip you off. I am only going for an office visit to get a prescription and have some paperwork completed for my handicap placard and they want me to pay them 250.00, even though my copay is only 40.00 for that visit. They are insisting that I pay them 250.00 and then wait 45 days to get back the money that they had me overpay. Also, I have been a patient there for over 10 years.

I even told them to call the insurance and double check with them that all I would be responsible for is my 40.00 copay and they basically said they don't care it is their policy to collect money that isn't even owed to them. What they are expecting almost seems illegal.

Called to make an appointment. They Require a $150 deposit against our deductible as per their office policy. We as patients have no idea what or how much they are going to charge which means you're writing a Blank Check. They can invent whatever charges they want since the chance of getting money you're lending this place back is Zero. They want patients to loan them money at 0% interest.

I'd encourage everyone not even to bother with this place. Just transfer your records to actual doctors and let your wallet dictate this ridiculous policy. My only guess is they must be major financial trouble.

Been a patient with them before under a different insurance. Trying to see them for my ankle and am fully covered by my current insurance. They want me to pay 250 dollars to insure themselves against my insurance and will "refund" me. This policy is insane. Every thing that I am going for is covered under my insurance, including my MRI. I called multiple other orthopedic specialist and they all laughed when I told them my primary specialist wants a deposit.

Great doctors at this location but terrible customer assurance. Why pay insurance if you have to lay out 250 for them as a loan. EDIT: This is a response to the owner below: My insurance provider called directly to your billing with me on 3-way and explained to them my coverage and that my office visit (co-pay) and MRI at a imaging center was 100% covered.

The reason you have insurance is so you aren't subjected to 1000 dollars bills. I would not get anything done to me that is not covered under my insurance. The fact that you want 250 dollars does not help me but covers you on your end because I know as a patient that I would not seek services that are not 100% covered under my co-pay. As anyone who has bills to pay would understand, laying out 250 dollars and expecting to receive it back in 4-6 weeks is absurd to me.

No other orthopedic specialist I've called in north jersey has this policy. It is what is it. That is your policy. It's not a problem for you, but its unfortunate because I really enjoyed the doctors at the Closter facility.

The office staff are very unprofessional and rude I've dealt with doc Jen Lee he's a very nice kind and gentle and knows his stuff he did my surgery you can't even tell if I had a surgery, but this is what makes a doctor looks bad because of his staff horrible they need to be trained so damn rude. They don't have the courtesy to say good morning, please hold nothing like that. They turn their backs that's the Teaneck office.

So far so good. Having a series of three Syncvisc gel injections in the knee. First one was today. Procedure was painless. My orthopedist is Dr Owen who came recommended by a friend. He has pleasant personality and I have confidence in his expertise. The office is clean and has and adjacent phsical therapy room. Good parking.

I was charged for an office visit and I didn't even have a real meeting in the Dr.s office! After waiting at the front desk, the Dr. came out and took five seconds to look at my child's wrist and wanted to do surgery. I said no thanks and left, then two weeks later the issue resolved itself! They had the nerve to send me a bill for over a hundred fifty dollars! This place just wants to do surgeries and make money! Run Run as fast as you can!

Dr. Kwack has been my doctor there for 5yrs. He is the most knowledgeable, nicest doctor I have ever had! He recently treated me for a neck injury, which unfortunately will require surgery. I am confident of him and the rest of the team. Would highly recommend talking to the doctors here next time you have orthopedic issues!
