Summit Pediatric Associates

We have been going to Summit Pediatrics for 11 years and we love all the doctors and staff. They are quick to respond back, very caring both in person and on the phone. It is great that and convenient that they have more than one office.

We always receive excellent care and the pediatricians have been providing care to our boys for over 17 years. The team members are attentive and responsive. Yesterday we left a message with the triage line & got a call back & appointment within an hour. The doctors, nurses & support staff are the best!

Very professional, friendly and kind staff. Excellent doctors. Always willing to accommodate our needs. My daughters have been patients since 2008. We have had great care at both Summit and Clark locations.truly wonderful staff:

I switched to Advocate Summit Pediatrics when my son was 15 months old after a pretty terrible experience with another practice. I was very nervous but the difference is incredible. I never feel rushed when go for a visit, have ample time for questions and I feel like my opinions and thoughts around my son's care are considered and matter. The staff both the administrative and clinical teams are amazing.

Always friendly and accommodating. They treat my son with such respect even as a toddler and talk to him in the visits instead of only talking to me. I'm a nurse so I know I can be a tough customer sometimes and I had always felt like I needed to be in 'nurse-mode' when I took my son for a visit at our prior pediatrician's office because there were a lot of mistakes. That feeling of being "on guard" was awful as a new mom. Now I feel like I get to be a mom when I'm in the office and I'm eternally grateful for that.

We met Dr Mukherjee for my daughter. She is amazing. Takes time to answer all your questions and is very good with kids. The practice too is very accommodating. We reached earlier for our appointment and they called us as soon as the slot was open instead of making us wait till later. Amazing staff and service. Glad found Dr Mukherjee for my kid

Overheard Margie (front staff) making derogatory remarks about my family over the phone when she didn't realize she picked up. After my fiance and I confronted her and filed a complaint with the office manager (Stefanie) we received an overnight letter from our sons pediatrician (Dr. Francisco Silva) advising us that we were no longer welcome at the practice.

To say we were shocked is an understatement. The front staff is notorious for their behavior and Stefanie does not like to assist with needed insurance help that only your pediatrician can do. I would NOT recommend this practice. Our son was premature and we no longer have a pediatrician for him due to their staffs behavior which we were punished for reporting. Take your children somewhere they are valued not to a practice that condones such behavior.

I had a great visit with Dr Silva. Everyone from the doctor to the staff treated us with kindness, compassion, and warm friendly smiles. They were timely and we hardly waited in the waiting room. They made my son feel comfortable and also made me feel less anxious about my sick child. We got fast results which put our mind at ease. I highly recommend this practice to any of my fellow parents.

I had a baby 12 days ago and I thought my baby was sick, so I called the office and they were so accommodating and I was told to come to office the same day to check my baby out. They were so thorough, my baby was seen by both NP and MD. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The best experience I've had since having my little one.

Summits Peds has been our primary care source for our 3 daughter for over 16 years now. They have always been exceptional in their care & kindness. They are always willing to get you in for an appointment if your child is sick & their after hours care has always been great as well. There are never long waits in the waiting room or the exam room. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors always go above and beyond. I can't speak highly enough about them.

My children have been with Summit Pediatrics for the last three years. They have received consistent, quality medical care. Luckily, most of our care has been routine, but when we have had sicknesses, the doctors at Summit Pediatrics have been available, even on the call back line during off hours. While we have our favorite doctor, we have seen four of their doctors over the years and all have been excellent. I also note that the quality of the staff can make or break an experience. The medical support staff is also excellent here.
