I came in for a ultra sound and a nuclear stress test and everyone in the office were very professional and helpful and answerd all my questions. It took a long time but it was worth it. Thank you to all the great staff that made me feel comfortable.

This concerns phone practices of the center. This does not concern Dr. Powell, with whom I get along fine. Of the medical centers that I have to deal with, this one's phone manners are the worse. When they do not hang up after having waited for 15 minutes for them to even pick-up, they tell me that HIPPA does not let them use e-mail for appointments.

Since all my other doctors to not have that problem exchanging appointments by e-mail, I guess the staff also is in the habit of giving false answers or they have bad lawyers.

Great doctors ill served by weak IT and abominable switchboard that hangs up on you or has you wait interminably before picking up. Two years ago, I left my cardiologist at this office for the same reason. Now part of the Atlantic Health group but IT has not yet inserted them part of the website even though the change happened before May 2018. Now named Atlantic Cardiology Associates.
