1 million stars if I could describe him with more. Dr. Bulan is an impressive human being with a heart gold which helps highlight his amazing talent as a surgeon! He is a healer, he is an artist, he is a great man, extremely well mannered, extremely professional and so meticulous! He made me feel important, special, and very safe. Anyone considering plastic surgery, for either cosmetic or a surgical medical need, should consider Dr. Bulan as their surgeon!

Outstanding! Dr. Bulan and his staff epitomize professionalism! Two weeks after surgery I was up and about my daily activities. While I know everyone heals differently, he checked on me regularly and addressed all of my concerns. Great doctor. It's a terrible shame about the receptionist. My son was treated by Dr. Bulan. He's very nice doctor, his receptionist was difficult and rude. She made an already scary situation even worse.

If you are looking for an amazing plastic surgeon, look no further. Dr. Bulan is beyond amazing. He doesn't really give you much"selling" on his results. But i trusted him he's not only very humble, he's knowledgable, kind, patient. He is simply the best surgeon i've ever met. My results were beyond amazing! I had lipo and it's one week later, the doctor checks in on me, sent me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers!
