OB/GYN Health Associates, S.C. physicians are best known for the personalized quality medical care we supply. Some of the many services available to our patients include prenatal care, family planning, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, 24hr on-call obstetrical coverage, and evening appointments.
Services
During a colposcopy, the doctor uses a special microscope called a colposcope to closely examine the cervix, vagina, or vulva. Generally performed in the doctor's office, this examination requires no anesthesia, as the colposcope remains positioned outside of the patient's body at all times. A colposcopic examination takes approximately 20 minutes.

!WARNING POST FOR EXPECTING MOMS! I wouldn't even give this office half of a star! OB/GYN Associates at 16011 108th Ave B, Orland Park, IL 60467 is a JOKE! So unprofessional and rude! My first appointment was a 4 hour visit! I saw Dr. Totonchi, however, the ENTIRE staff is incompetent! DO NOT go to this office for prenatal care! I am posting everywhere just to save moms a headache and keep them from unnecessary stress. Please choose another doctor's office!

Unethical billing practices. Per staff member in billing department, if you bring up an issue during the question/answer part of a well exam, and the dr makes a notation of it that sounds like they made a "diagnosis" (although she never diagnosed anything, my comment was about something I've had for decades, that i was letting her know about it's recurrence) they have the right to bill you for a sick visit, even though insurance won't pay for a yearly exam and sick visit at the same time.
So be warned - next time you go for a well visit, you better be totally well with no complaints at that time, no matter how minor., or you could be charged separately for it (even though they are getting reimbursed for the more expensive well visit on top of it). I will pay the portion my insurance rejected, but I will no longer go to this practice. I guess it's how they make up for lower reimbursements from insurances.

This is truly one of the worst offices Ive been to. It took weeks to get test results back, voicemails went unanswered, and not once did I ever hear an apology for any delay, which honestly would have gone a long way. One week they gave me test results and when I called to ask a follow up question a couple days later my nurse said They had no record of any results or the test even being done. Uh, what?
Most recently, I went it to have my records faxed to another clinic- 12 days before my appointment. The front assured me they would get them over. And of course, they didn't. If you cant trust an office to handle paperwork and relaying test results how can you trust them with your healthcare?

DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a yearly pap and they claim that I am male. I was born female and is still female. It says on my birth certificate that I am female. I also grew breast with no problem and took no medicine to do so. I also got my period like any normal female and have a vagina too. This place is unbelievable and will never go there again!
