In 1985, the head office was established in the present location on Merritt Island. Soon after, we branched out to Titusville and Port St. John. After my surgery I complained about still seeing blurry from one eye, they made me wait for over an hour to see doctor on 2 different dates. I've been there 4-5 times and always have to wait. What's the purpose of making appointments if clients still have to wait and wait? I wouldn't recommend this office/doctor. They don't handle complains very well. They don't want to hear it.
