Services
Burk, Holt, Crain, and Whitley provide a full range of ENT services, including the testing and treatment of allergies. We offer BOTOX and filler injections as well as facial and plastic reconstructive surgery and treatment of facial skin cancers. Our physicians have extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of head, neck, oral, and throat cancers as well as thyroid and parathyroid surgery.
Mary Kyle was born and raised in Indiana. She went to Indiana University for both her undergraduate and masters degree in audiology. She completed her externship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis. She has worked for Brevard Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Aid Center for over 30 years.
The doctor's service is provided directly to you and not to an insurance company. We cannot render service on the assumption that the charges will be paid for you by the insurance company. If we participate with your insurance, we will file your services directly to them. You will be expected to pay any deductible and/or co-pay as outlined in your policy when you check in on your appointment day. We must emphasize that, as your medical providers, our relationship and concern is with you and your health, not your insurance company.
Botox injections are the most commonly performed cosmetic procedure used to reduce or eliminate the appearance of facial wrinkles through minimally invasive injections. These injections are made from botulinum toxin A, a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent approved by the FDA for several different uses.

Zero stars. I made an appointment weeks ago and no mention of having to take a covid test. I cancelled and rescheduled and was told I needed a covid tests. I went and got one that day. This place scheduled me two days later and the secretary acknowledged that my covid tests wouldn't be available yet but that would be ok. I show up at my appointment 30 minutes early as demanded, filled out all the paperwork, and then the incompetent pink haired lazy secretary asks me if I have my covid results.
I tell her no not yet. She says we will have to reschedule you, I tell her I drove 30 minutes and she then makes a quick phone call to double check- and tells me they will need to reschedule. This person had no empathy for all the hoops I had to jump through just to get my throat checked. I ask for my paperwork back because I don't trust this place.
My parents are both physicians I know what quality healthcare is like and this is NOT it. Your secretary is an embarrassment, I didn't like the way she spoke to me on the phone or treated me in person.

Dr. Whitley is incredible! The staff is so sweet and made me feel confident and comfortable the entire time from my first visit there up to my surgery. Dr. Whitley did my tonsillectomy and he did an amazing job. I have never felt so good after a surgery. Being a new resident to Rockledge and being nervous to start up with a new doctor, I am so beyond happy I went with this center. Thank you all for your hard work and having a true heart for your patients and health care. I would 10/10 recommend this office any day.

Been going here for about a year now seeing Dr Whitley. I have struggled with chronic sinus issues since I was a teenager. I had been to another office with no success. But he was informative and he listened to my concerns. Every decision was made with my input which was nice. And now, a year later, I hardly struggle with any issues, I am so thankful! Professional staff, all very friendly. Would definitely recommend them!

Stay far away. Predatory and inflated pricing policies and reception staff with little regard for patient's hearing issues: I called just a moment ago to make an appointment because I'm having some trouble hearing. The receptionist was incredibly rude, taking offense at my repetition of her words though I was doing so to ensure I heard her correctly.
Our connection was very clear, the receptionist appeared to believe I was "telling someone else what she was saying." Quite a bizarre reaction to a patient who complained of hearing trouble at the beginning of the phone call. They also have a policy of renewing patients as a new patient if they haven't been to the office within three years. The receptionist described this policy as "a health care law, " however I was unable to find any such law in a fairly thorough search of Federal and Florida state statutes related to personal healthcare. The consequence of this policy is paying inflated new patient pricing regardless of your status as an existing patient.

Easily one of the most helpful offices I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful to try and get me in as soon as they can, especially with surgery! They were very helpful with my insurance and making sure i wasn't being charged for things I didn't understand and were always willing to help explain any charges I had questions about. Dr. Whitley was very friendly, prompt, and straight to the point.
He's always helped me receive the proper care every time I see him and I always recommend this office to anyone who needs help! He's treated my ears and sinus issues and i'll always be back! Very highly recommend!

Dr. Crain is absolutely fantastic! After struggling with ear pain off and on for many years, she was the first doctor who did not think I was crazy when all tests came back fine yet I still had pain. She went out of her way to take care of me and address any concerns I had. She kept testing until she was able to figure out what the issues were and then was extremely accommodating when I needed tubes put in. She was fantastic with that, always explaining what she did every step of the way. Easy to schedule an appointment and friendly service! Would highly recommend Dr. Crain!

We had a wonderful experience at Brevard ENT. Our daughter had her tonsils removed, and the doctors and staff were incredibly kind and took genuine interest addressing our questions and concerns. Our daughter received amazing care from beginning to end of the process. We could not have asked for a more positive experience!
