Palm Bay Urgent Care

I was treated extremely poor by a female nurse practitioner at this location. I am a self-pay customer, as my healthcare needs are minimal; For the past 5-6 years my healthcare needs amount to going in when I get sick for a prescription roughly every 1.5 years. This individual assumed I was low income and treated me very demeaning. It's laughable how high and mighty they spoke when their job is dependent on Gov't subsidies through health insurance, but I digress.

There was also a Male nurse who seemed extremely overworked but that doesn't excuse his rudeness. Take your business elsewhere, unless you want to be treated like a low income society reject who's only purpose in life is to be some sort of cash crop for this unkempt 'facility'. Plenty of other urgent care clinics in the area who contract or employ true professionals.

AMAZING The doctor, physicians assistant, nurse practitioner, front desk staff and medics are all phenomenal! I wouldn't go to a different urgent care! Every single person was friendly and helpful. You can tell they actually CARE about their patients. It is an urgent care so it can get busy, but the staff works very hard to see everyone in a timely fashion.

I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. One time I went in for a physical and it was cheaper to pay their price instead of thru my insurance, so it's a great place for those who have no insurance! Thank you PBUC for everything!

Incredible experience that I'd never expect to have at any medical office or facility. I came in today with a bump I wanted cut out, after diagnosis from the doctor he felt it was best not to cut on me however he would do it if I would like. We ultimately decided against it. He voluntarily offered me a refund to put towards a dermatologist visit. Eeslyn (apologize for incorrect spelling) at the front desk was such a pleasure checking in with at the front desk with her amazing personality, smile and attentiveness. I'd recommend Palm Bay urgent care for anybody looking for an honest doctors office.

I walked. I'm not feeling well. I have bad allergies today. I can't even walk straight because the pressure that's in my ear. I walk in. They ask if I have insurance. I say yes. I can give you the group ID. The lazy lady upfront doesn't want to do her job and look up to confirm it. So I recommend not going there obviously they won't help you with you need URGENT CARE. NOTE I PREVIOUSLY BEEN THERE. THEY SHOULD HAVE ON FILE. BUT THEY DONT KEEP IT. THE LAST LADY AT A DOFFERENT PLACE THE LAST TIME I WAS SICK TOOK CARE OF ME WITH THE INSURANCE INFO. THIS PLACE IS LAZY

Got here after being sent from Patrick AFB. The lady at the desk was about the rudest person I have ever met. There is a sign in the office that says " everyone is stretched. Be kind to those who are here" Too bad she hasn't read this sign. If you do bot like working with people especially those who do not feel well go work somewhere else. Can't wait to see what kind of care I get when I go in the back if this is what's it's like up front. So far my experience is DO NOT COME HERE

I recently visited this facility for an urgent tear in my arm. I was very pleased with the attention I received from the paramedic, doctor and nurse who gave me a tetanus shot. They were professional and courteous. When they were finished treating me another doctor who might have been the owner checked in to see that everything was okay. The only negative comment I would make is that the front desk could be a little friendlier with the patients, a smile would go a long way. I would not hesitate to use this facility if the need arises.

If you don't mind busy wait times ( which is usually any business of the sort) the doctors and all reassure you of everything and are doing their best to service everybody. professional and to the point.

WOW! At the clinic sitting in the waiting room and the doc comes out and makes a comment about my service dog and raised her voice. She then comes back requiring proof followed by asking why I'm here, followed by refusing treatment stating it is a private facility and she can refuse. Just WOW!

The staff was polite and caring. No problems whatsoever. They took good care of me when I was unable to see my usual Primary Care Physician.
