Not a urgent care, Primary doctor office sent me here due to not having appointment opening for over a week. Upon arrival was told have to schedule appointment and they are booked three weeks out. Had to go to ER to get two stitches for cut on back of head.

You are not an urgent care facility and you do not take walk-ins so stop advertising it that way

Tried calling to ask if they did COVID testing since they do the vaccine, didn't get an answer, they hanged up on me instead. A simple yes or no is all I was looking for

Showed up for appointment 7 minutes late. There was only one patient at the facility. Stated would have to reschedule appointment. Child had a ankle injury and had trouble walking. Staff of 7 onsite. Ridiculous. Might find another pediatrician. Receptionist acted very rude and as if didn't care. Always got that feeling with her there for both my son's previous appointments.

The receptionist here acted like she didn't want to check me in. I went there at 4 pm and she tried to tell me the doctor wasn't seeing anymore people because they were about to close. When I pointed out that I know they don't close until 5 she tried to change her excuse and say they don't take the VA as an insurance. Which was a complete lie! So I said fine, I'll use my BCBS insurance.

Then she said the doctor was getting ready to leave for the day. So I told her, if you wanted to leave early for the day, all you had to do was say that instead of lying to me.

No such thing as a 0 star. Walk-ins are not welcomed. There is always a reason why someone can't be seen, today is because the "doctor" only takes appointments on Fridays. The last time was because the doctor is gone for the day AFTER we waited for right at 2 hours. They should shut this place down if no one wants to actually work.

All the dr cares about is money. Instead of running tests to find out why I keep getting sick and having breathing issues she wants me to keep coming back and yaking the same meds over and over. And she doesn't listen. Told her side effects of a med I suffered and she still wants me to take it. Never going here again! (Note the dr I saw was Davies. I saw other reviews for another doctor and I don't wanna bash a doctor I've never seen)

These people only care about money! My daughter went through a very traumatic experience an they were only worried about if they would get paid. Which they know they would because shes on medicaid. An they said they needed my daughter Medicaid id # to schedule her smdh after what I've told them what she went through. But any other time they could get her #. Also office staff is extremely rude to mom's. I would not bring my children here hands down all bad!

Absolutely amazing doctor. I always get a appointment quickly. The front staff, particularly Barb, are so sweet and amazing. They work with you financially and that is a huge help since I am currently a student. Dr. McKee and the ARNP that works alongside her are both absolutely amazing. When I go to see Dr. McKee, she makes me feel as if I am her child.

I never leave without a hug from her and a huge smile. She always is interested in what is happening in my life and wants updates. I trust her 100% and I TRULY know that she is just a phone call her away. She even talked to me via phone through an anxiety attack that I was having and told me how to get through it. I will never forget that. Thank you OMNI health care!

I had a really bad first time experience. I loved the front desk staff but was not a big fan of the doctor at all. I felt super rushed. She never asked if we were done or if I had any other questions just walked out of the room. I told the nurse I still had other questions for the doctor because this was my yearly physical exam but the nurse told me the doctor was busy by then. Seriously! Maybe she should have asked me first before rushing to another patient. I will never go back
