Dr. Neel was very kind and knowledgeable but his team (not everyone) made everything overly difficult. Every time I needed to setup and appointment or request documentation their staff acted as if I were being bothersome. Mixed experiences throughout my chemo there but mostly negative customer service experiences.

I saw the practitioner for Dr. Bamalaski (Merryl). She is unprofessional, zero compassion, does not listen to you, and has the worst bedside manner of anyone in practice that I have been to. I have seen a tremendous amount of doctors as anyone does as a cancer patient and she is the worst. She interrogating me in the exam room about my life, she literally gave me a 2 second exam.
I am sure she was not able to recognize any possible reoccurrence in that little of time. She was so rude that I got up and left during the exam. I will not be coming back to this institute. Dr. Bomalaski was amazing, I am sad I did not get to see him today. he should do himself a favor and teach her how to have compassion with his patients before she runs the rest off. How extremely unfortunate.

Today, my 92-year old father had an appointment with a interim Doctor name Dr. Taha. I am my father's POA since he cannot make decisions for himself. Long story short, since Dr. Vinarsky is no longer there (we miss him) my dad's protocol has been changed two times by two different doctors without my consent. I was trying to explain this to Dr. Taha, but he was so rude and was not listening to my request.
He just left the room and slammed the door behind him, leaving us with no resolution to the issue. Very, Very, Very unprofessional. If there is unrest within Health First, that should not interfere with patient care. If I had the option to leave no stars, I would.

Have cancer. Need help. Staff couldn't even be bothered to help with direction or information; hung up on me, redirected phone call to voice mail (twice) and I'm not even a patient yet. Operator terribly unprofessional. Titusville new patient intake "Pam, " terribly rude and unprofessional. Gotta try and find help elsewhere. Doesn't seem as if Health First can provide health care.
