I took my 20 month old daughter for her 6 week check up today. They refused to see her because I didn't have a mask and they did not have any. The way I was talked to was shameful! Trust and believe I will be reporting this office there are no more mandates they legally cannot make me wear one. I will not be taking her back to this office and I will not refer anyone to them! Shame on yall for treating a baby this way!

Dr. Lee is an awesome doctor but unfortunely the office staff is very inconsiderate at setting up appoinments. I came early to my daughter's appt but that didnt matter. Office staff overbook appoinments and we ended up waiting 2 hours to see doctor. They scheduled an appt at 2:50, another at 2:55, another at 3:00, then 3:05 and finally my appt at 3:10. We couldnt cancel it because it will take another month to be able to see Dr. Lee. Very overbooked!

DOCTOR COAT MUST JUST BE A HALLOWEEN COSTUME. After suffering complete hearing loss, I go see Dr. Lee. He immediately recommends a very extensive and painful procedure without any other course of treatment. I asked for a referral for a second opinion and was denied. While following up with a NON-SPECIALIST whom had just graduated medical school, she was able to fix my hearing loss in office, no surgery and a $20 co-pay. Obviously Dr. Lee is incompetent and all about making money. DO NOT GO HERE!

The doctors are great, but the wait times are terrible. They have been this way long before COVID. I sat in the waiting room for an hour beyond my appointment time before being called back. I then sat in the patient room for another 20 minutes without seeing anyone. I finally walked out, and told the front desk I was leaving, and they did not seem to care. The wait times have been like this far too long. I will not be back.

Dr Wiebel is great! The staff and clinic not so much. They have zero consideration for peoples time. Every time we have come here there is a minimum wait of 1-2 hours. If you cancel last minute they will charge you $75 but if they make you miss other appointments because you have to wait on them them, Zero F***S given! They shove you in a room to wait and wait and wait and continue to wait.
They should have the decency to at least notify the patients they are running behind so you don't waste your time. If I could give a -5 we would. This will be our last time is this office.

Dr. Graham and Savannah are both absolutely wonderful! My mother in law has had hearing issues for many years so we came to visit Dr. Graham before our first appointment with Savannah the audiologist. They are both very personable, joyful and very knowledgeable. We visit the Rockwall and Greenville offices and have had great experiences at both.

Horrible practice only Dr that's worth anything is Graham. Had surgery and told them I needed a strong pain medicine due to my tolerance I have 4 facial fractures including a broken nose I just had surgery on was told it's not their problem if the meds don't help even to ease the pain iv been miserable for a week almost two since my accident with no relief I also understand it won't take the pain completely away but it doesn't do anything at all.
Do not recommend this practice other Drs there are incompetent and who's exact words were if you have liver damage from the Tylenol in the narcos I have because my tolerance and for relief I have to to take more than I'm comfortable with it's on me not them. DO NOT HAVE ANY SURGICAL PROCEDURES, unless your ready to be miserable. Pain is unbearable and nurses and other phycisians are rude and shouldn't have a job.

Dr. Graham is great, but the hearing aids offered here are terrible. They told me these were the best they had. When I ordered them, they tried to keep my deposit too when they initially told me that the insurance company covered them 100%. I had to chase after them to get my money back. I've had to send these in for repair multiple times, and they still continue to have issues.
I've purchased hearing aids from Costco that caused less problems. Stay away from this place if you're looking for hearing aids. One of the audiologists, Treasure, never responded to a serious concern I had regarding my hearing device. Will not be coming back for my next pair
