Regional Plastic Surgery

An all around great experience! After finishing chemo, which took its toll on my skin, I made an appointment for a chemical peel. This was the first time I have ever done anything besides over the counter face lotion. All three ladies very professional, personable and educational. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

Dr. Watumull was unbelievably insensitive and insulting. I had a 15 minute or so exam/visit with him. He asked me what my highest level of education was, told me he was afraid that I might have had a head injury or stroke recently and should get a Neuro-Psych eval. HUH? For breast surgery? In his defense, I do have difficulty with memory recall of my surgical history due to the tragedy of having double mastectomies, post surgical infections, a previous surgeon who purged/destroyed my medical records (which is new to me, apparently doctors can now destroy their patients medical records after 7 years, I was never taught that in MA training), and a failed implant that is now flat.

I had no idea that a Neuro-Psych Eval was required for breast surgery. I was completely shocked and could not believe what I was hearing. I am sad to say that I can not recommend this doctor. He displayed zero concern or empathy for my feelings, and what I have been through having double mastectomies and a failed left implant. Very very shocked and sad. If you are in a fragile emotional state for any reason, beware, this doctor has zero tolerance apparently.

Taylor is always so sweet at the front desk and Courtney does a great job! She is able to answer all my questions and is honest and upfront before every procedure. I hadn't had a facial with extractions in a very long time and she recommended it after I visited her for an IPL treatment, and I'm so glad she did because my face has never looked better! I will be back for more facials and I plan to get a fraxel laser treatment with Courtney, too.

Absolutely loved Courtney and what she did for my face today! Not only did she do an amazing job with my microdermabrasion treatment but she really cared about helping find the best products for my skin. I highly recommend her and Regional Skin and Laser Center in Richardson!

I have had an amazing experience with Courtney! Since October I've been dealing with breakouts. I have had only two deep cleaning facials with extractions and my face is almost clear. I would definitely recommend Regional Skin and Laser! My face is glowing thanks to Courtney.

I went for my final Skin Pen treatment and was promptly and warmly greeted by Taylor Nichols at the front desk. She had my folder and products to take home already set aside once I checked out. Soon afterward, Courtney Stovall introduced herself to me. She was going to take care of my skin. Although it was our first meeting, I immediately trusted her.

She was thorough in her explanations before, during, and after treatment. I felt no pain during the procedure and I appreciate that she was more "aggressive" with my face. She explained in detail why her approach was better for me. I look forward to more treatments with Courtney. She is a strong member of an already amazing team.

Did my SkinPin treatment here by Courtney and she was AMAZING! She saw us right away and we did not wait for more than a minute or two. She explained everything about the procedure and answered every question we had. She was very gentle during the procedure. She recommended the SkinPin for my hyperpigmentation and it honestly did wonders. I tried everything else and nothing worked as well as the SkinPin. This place is a bit far from my place but it's definitely worth it. I highly recommend seeing Courtney. She's honestly the best.

I came in be I was struggling with texture issues on my face. Courtney really took her time assessing my needs and performing treatments. I came to Courtney with my face being super dry. She recommended some ZO Skin Health products to help me get my face back in shape. The product instantly put moisture back into my face and it smells good too. Thank u Courtney!

Courtney was fantastic when I went in for my CO2 Fractional laser. My skin looks so much better than before. She did a great job.
