Dr. Lam helped me back in 2006 before online reviews were a thing, but I was just speaking to someone about my experience with him and felt the need acknowledge the amazing experience I had. Dr. Lam, please forgive me for taking so long. I was in a very unfortunate situation where my nose was bitten off by a dog. I remember feeling like I looked like the elephant man.

I had this huge fear because of the uncertainty on how I would look. I remember there was one night when I was going through the healing process and it was a Friday or Saturday night and I lost it! I broke down crying and felt overwhelmed. I called Dr. Lam and he answered. Not a service, him. I could tell he was at an event and he answered! I was a crying bubbling mess and he took the time to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be ok, that everything was fine, and that it was part of the process. This is just one example of how profound my interaction was with Dr. Lam. 16 years later I still cherish his care for me as a patient. Dr. Lam, thank you!

I tried to schedule a consultation. I wanted to get a procedure done before my birthday, there is a $100 consultation fee that was demanded early on from the rude office staff that answered the phone, and I explained I would like to make sure I can schedule prior to my birthday before I pay the non-refundable consultation fee. The staff member was super rude and super short.

I said "I really don't want to throw away $100 on a consultation if I can't even get the procedure done, is there no way to just check the schedule to see how far out he's scheduling procedures"? And she again huffed rudely and said "again, not without paying the consultation fee FIRST". I would NEVER go to this office and deal with such rude and non-compassionate staff. Clearly it's all about money and not patient care or patient satisfaction. Yuck!

I had a lip reduction 3 weeks ago due to silicone lip filler I had done 12 years ago. Unfortunately I had it done with no idea I was doing something permanent. For a few years it was okay, but the last 5 or 6 years my lips were looking so unnatural due to the scar tissue growing and growing. I could not even show my teeth when I smiled. I live in Tulsa but could not find a doctor here that could or would do this type of surgery.

I'm so glad I didn't because I feel Dr Lam was the best choice and I'm so happy with the results. He was honest and said that they won't be perfect but they will be thousands of times better. Well he was right! I feel like a new person, I have my confidence back when I smile and talk to people. I feel like they are perfect for me, the way they were 12 years ago.

And I'm still in the healing phase so I know I'm just going to be happier with time. Thank you Dr Lam for being a doctor that will take on this surgery to help people who have made the same mistake that I made with silicone! It's truly life changing, so happy I don't have to go the rest of my life worrying about this!

I made appointments to see him on the phone and email with 500 hundreds dollars afront. And His office ask 2250 dollars before the consultation I paid anyway. And what I got with the huge shock his service was horrible.

Had a consultation for restoration and the experience was rushed. The initial nurse that came in to collect my information was not personable. After pictures, the doc literally looked at my head for 3 seconds and offered a scalp tattoo common to black male hair styles. He didn't have a thorough look at my head at all and I don't think the consultation was worth $100.

I waited 6 months for this consultation because I never received word back about the virtual consultation. If you aren't experienced with working with Black hair, Black people, Black culture then it's probably a good idea to articulate that somewhere on your website because my money is still GREEN.

I love the results I got from Dr. Lam. My jaw was always hurting due to my teeth grinding and he may all that a thing of the past. His office is clean and staff is amazing. I love Joy, she's the BEST!

What I love about Dr. Lam Facial Plastics starts with how warm and caring the message is on the website when you first visit. that we are all a unique canvas and treated and cared for in exactly that unique way. That's also how Dr. Lam makes you feel in person as well as his entire staff. This is the most confident and secure with my face I have ever felt with cosmetic care, and am very thankful to have met Dr. Lam.

Went in At 46 never had a face lift never had any kind of plastic surgery or hair work I went in I can honestly say I haven't had the physical precreadure done yet. I walked in thinking hey your a little out of your league here Dr Lam in his staff go over and beyond for you there! And I read a lot of reviews about Money Dr Lam is truly passionate about his patients if it's not safe he will miss a dollar for your safety. Thank you Dr Lam and staff! You guys sold me me from the first Hello at your clinic!

Got masseter botox -- WOW! I'm deathly afraid of needles and have a very low pain tolerance. 5 injections on each side and it was painless and super fast! Super amazed because I'm a huge baby (fainted getting a flu shot, literally) Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars was that I wasn't told at all about the don'ts afterwards.

Definitely will visit again though! He is awesome with what he does. Update -- Got quoted 3,000 for a mole removal that I got removed for $300 at the dermatologists office. The quote I received was ridiculous

I went to Dr Lam after visiting another Dermatologist that recommended I get fillers under my eyes for dark circles. Dr Lam was INCREDIBLE! I was extremely nervous that it would hurt and not look good, as I've never had any cosmetic treatments before and personally not a fan of altering your face. However I've always been self conscious about my dark circles. I'm SO grateful for Dr Lam taking the time to explain the procedure and I swear on my life I didn't feel a thing. Was shocked! I originally wanted to go to Dr. Lam but I was not allowed a consultation and I was told to pay the money up front ($3500) without discussing with the doctor what the surgery or the after treatment is. I do not understand this type of service. I did not like the attitude of the people I talked to who worked there. They took a long time to reply to my questions without any clear answers.

They didn't make me feel welcomed, or that I was an important patient. I have never heard of paying the whole procedure without being allowed the doctor before face to face. I think it's ridiculous and I am very disappointed. I do not recommend it at all.

Dr Lam is the absolute best! He is conservative but has an eye for beauty and will help you get the results you desire. I have noticed that my treatments like Botox last longer and have better results that I've experienced in other clinics. When my daughter had some unexpected tissue form after her rhinoplasty (which was caused by her body, not a results of anything Dr. Lam did) he addressed the situation and had been treating her regularly to try and correct it.

I trust him fully and would not hesitate to recommend him. All of the staff is great as well, they are friendly, efficient, and very professional.especially Joy! She is very knowledgeable, always pleasant, and fun to chat with while waiting for any procedure.
