I had my questions answered. I was able to express my thoughts and Dr Howard listened to my plans. He gave me instructions and a shot to relieve the pain. Then he ordered physical therapy. He also gave me options to care for my shoulder problem. I appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism, and teaching.

I had my 1st appointment on yesterday with Dr. Evanson he was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained medical needs for my knee. The staff are very professional and attentive as well. I will definitely return to Plano Orthopedic & Sports Medicine for my orthopedic needs.

I was very satisfied with Dr McGarry. He was very attentive, empathetic and kind. I loved how he greeted me with a warm smile, cheerful demeanor and pep in his step. The tone of his voice calmed my nervousness. The staff was pretty awesome too. Thank you for making my visit very pleasant.

Dr Evanson performed replacement in early October. I'd give 10 stars if I could. It's been 6 months now. I've played golf and walked at least 100 miles with no problems. I will be going back soon to have the other hip done. I would highly recommended POSMC!

One of the most thorough, respectful and informative doctors I have ever encountered. It's so refreshing to have a doctor that doesn't use aging as the first diagnosis. Of course aging contributes but Dr. Lund investigates all possible treatments. Couldn't be more pleased.

First time coming to this location and dealing with this particular staff. I must say everybody from the 1st person I met, to the reception area, everybody is very friendly! The person who checked me in and forgive me if I don't say her name correctly but I thought it was like Kuo, I'm not sure? And the person who did the X-rays, Logan and the other lady, oh my gosh so nice, so outgoing and personable.

And then there's Dr. Grosser, she is fantastic. Full of energy, bubbly, she explains everything in detail, and makes sure you feel comfortable. Great, great first experience, I loved it!

I saw Dr. Troop after being told I needed a knee replacement procedure. Not wanting to rush into such a procedure, Dr. Troop explained why he did not think I needed one. His explanation about my knee was easy to understand and his care for me was outstanding. Dr. Troop is very kind and understanding. He is the best doctor.

Dr. Howard is the BEST! After an accident in West Texas I was told the doctors there were not able to work on my shoulder. I was referred to Dr. Howard who has been beyond amazing. Not only is a great doctor, but his bed side manners are better than almost any doctor I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable and wants to do what is best for my body. He truly cares about his patients well being and quality of life. Thank you!

I had both a Hook of Hamate bone extraction, and an ulnar nerve transposition recently with Dr. Lund. He's very knowledgeable and straight forward. He explained the recovery process well both times I had surgery. The staff is nice and return my calls in a timely manner.

Best Orthopedic Dr. I ever had and I'm no spring chicken! Dr B is thorough, takes the time required to figure out what's best for the patient! Went in with excessive swelling and pain from skiing the bumps! Today I'm pain free and on the mend! I have complete confidence in his opinion and will be my Ortho Dr for life! GRD

What an amazing and genuinely compassionate care giver. Dr. Wallace is highly skilled concerning my complex ankle problems I have total confidence in his decisions. I'm looking forward to getting my ankle fused to hopefully eliminate some of the intolerable pain I'm have right more.

First of all, most of the reviews on google for this place seem to be bought or fake. PLEASE LOOK IT UP ON YELP BEFORE MAKING A DECISION! I was injured in a car accident and was taken in to do a MRI at Envision, McKinney. All this place had to do was relay a report from Envision. I was told they would be available in 24-48 hours. The level of customer service I witnessed was nonexistent, employees were rude and standoffish.

I've now been trying to get my results for 4 days and each day I call I am "greeted" with the same attitude and a technique of putting me on hold and transferring me around in circles with no answers being provided whatsoever. This is by far the WORST and LEAST PROFESSIONAL medical clinic I have ever been to. I still haven't received any of my results after being told they were ready 3 days ago. Plano orthopedics sports medicine only cares about taking more and more of your money and trying to keep their "reputation" I am so surprised about all the good things I've seen online about this place but DO NOT BE FOOLED, these people will waste your time.

Dr Grosser is excellent. I had bunion surgery and reconstruction of my second toe. She and her team, Lauren, Ryan and Elizabeth all did a very good job. My only complaint is that I scheduled my surgery 2 months out and that week they moved me 2 days up. There was a good reason. I was told that someone needed a special surgery and the only time that facility that could do it was available was my scheduled day!

It just caused a few headaches and trying to get my husbands and my schedules moved around at that time! If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely use Dr. Grosser and her team again.

Dr Blake Wallace is one of nicest physicians that has helped me. Wonderful bedside manners & showed that he really cared. I totally would recommend him for ankle surgery.

Had an appointment with Dr. Grosser and the whole experience was terrific. Short waiting period and she was very thorough explaining achilles tendonitus and how everything works. Took a lot of time, very pleasant and Did not want to push me to unnecessary rehab or mri.

I can not thank you enough Dr. Troop for all you and your staff have done for me with my shoulder rotator cuff surgery! From options before surgery to not being discouraged during rehab. Your truly an expert in your field!

The waiting area was professional with great assistance, Brian with Dr. McGarry was just Great! Hanna in radiology was very Professional and made me feel comfortable rather than nervous during my X-ray session. McGarry was also very professional and explained everything that would happen about my shoulder issues. Thank You Guys J. Ross

I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Staff all upbeat and efficient. Dr. Wallace was caring, kind. thorough. I'll stay with this new doctor.

Dr. Troop was wonderful. My knee surgery went great. In pre- op, he was amazing and optimistic. Ultimately, I had great results. He also operated on my wife's knee 10 years ago, and she has had no issues. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

I had both shoulders done one year apart by Dr. Howard. Both are reconstructive shoulder surgeries. I am currently doing physical therapy on my second one and doing great. I expect full recovery and should be ready to play sports in a few more weeks. The first one was perfect like a brand new shoulder.

Dr. Wallace has been outstanding throughout our daughters treatment. He diagnosed her condition quickly and concisely. His recommendation for treatment was thought out and precise. He went above and beyond on the day of the procedure and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend Dr Wallace and his team.
