Clean and friendly upon entering. I screwed up my appointment date came on the right time but a day early the receptionist was extremely friendly and got me in today at my schedule time for tomorrow. Doctors and nurses were extremely personable and friendly and very professional. I got the vibe that they actually cared about the patient. I'm now making this my primary care physician. Thank you all!

Not usually the person to visit doctors but I needed to see someone. I had no clue where to go, but eventually found them. When I first got there to check in, the front desk employee was nice and walked me through the check in process. I waited but didn't seem like a waited long before I was seen. The nurses were both nice. The doctor then came in was also super nice and heard me out. Didn't feel rushed at all. In the end, she was super quick to send out my prescription. Thank you!

Provider couldn't be bothered to pay any more attention to me. Didnt even do a covid or flu test given my symtoms. Provider was in room for less than 3 minutes after waiting over 25 minutes to be seen. Do not recommend. Go to Prestige ER in Mesquite instead. They consider all your symptoms and make sure you are well taken care of.

I absolutely love it! First time being here the staff is GREAT! very profesional and sooo helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They have a smile on their faces and answered every question I had. The dr I had answered all my doubts and was very caring. The lady that gives you the application and directs you was so sweet. Thank you for everything that you do. Will be back for all my needs.

The quality of care at this place is subpar and they only care about making money. The "doctor" I saw had to prick my finger. She didn't clean it very well and sloppily slapped a bandaid on it. I asked for her to redo it. She sent in a nurse who seemed annoyed. I just feel like if I'm playing so much money to see someone for 3 minutes, the least you can do is bandage my finger properly without having an attitude.

I want to thank the staff for the attentive and compassion that was given to me yesterday morning it was greatly appreciated. I was sick and didn't know where to start for help they evaluated me and sent me to the ER for possible stoke. The people in this field right now are so busy I thank all of you for doing what you do. It's greatly appreciated!

Front desk was nice but I paid almost $200 beforehand to be seen by a "doctor" who looked at my issue for one second and misdiagnosed. Prescribed me 3 different drugs which none of them ended up being what I needed after all. I was in excruciating pain, she did not prescribe me anything at all for my pain and basically sent me away with an "idk". The fact that the "doctor" was in the room for not even 3 minutes and I paid $200 not including the money I spent on the drugs that I didn't even need, pisses me off to no end. Thanks Dimple Yes, that was her name. Never will I ever go back here. Thanks for nothing. I went to see a real doctor and spent half the price.

This clinic is absolutely terrible and the "doctors" here have no idea what they are doing. My wife has thyroid issues and anxiety. They had her thyroid meds so wrong it literally caused her to have heart palpitations. Also, when my wife went in when she was sick, they prescribed her Bromfed which is a powerful cough syrup that also can lead to heart palpitations.
All of this was done by this clinic which sent my wife into an absolute tail spin emotionally and medically. I'm not a doctor, but good God these people here are far from it it. Quacks to the max! I highly recommend you see a primary physician over going to this place. It really is bad for your health.

Wife got poked in the eye and wanted to make sure no actual damage happened and absolutely EVERYWHERE says you should go get your eye checked out ASAP if it gets poked by something like a pencil. Billed a $450 copay for the visit because they want to call it an ER visit, and now billing me my max $1000 deductible to put drops in her eye and look at it and say it is fine.
This is all with insurance, and these people want to act like they are a functioning ER, but denying patients that can be seen at an ER until their insurance is verified. But I somehow was able to get a standard doctors appointment for my usual $25 copay the year before under the same insurance and not get treated like a pinaya filled with money. If that sounds reasonable to you then our medical/insurance system is garbage. Never going to this place again.

Very shady, be cautious. We have BCBS and ALWAYS pay a $60 Urgent/specialty visit copay. We came here and one of the young girls up front told us we needed to pay half up front and they would bill our insurance for the other half.excuse me? That's the point of having insurance and also why we have copays. She stated they were not a specialty clinic. BUT you are an urgent care right? Copays for urgent care are $60.
She said she wasn't running it that way, whatever that meant. So then you are NOT and Urgent Care but an Emergency Center//room? She said no, they are urgent care only. WTF? She said they are billing it as they would a PCP. so then that means I would pay my PCP copay of $30? She said no. wtf lady, which one is it?!?! Told her to forget it and we walked out. That's ridiculous how she was attempting to bill it.
I even called me insurance to ask, and they said they have never heard of the method in which they were describing the billing. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. These people either are crooks or don't know what they are doin in regards to processing basic insurance claims.

Not impressed. Quest Diagnostics reps are rude and even if you have insurance with you employer, they get nasty with you demanding your debit card to put a $900 hold on the card. Plus her staff. did they finish high school? I never felt safe with them and they got rude ignorant people in that office that do not know what they are doing.bye felicia.

If I could give it less than one star I would. As far as the medical care goes it is sufficient, however the billing is disastrous! I've been dealing with their billing department for over four months. I've been lied to, and simply hung up on. It seems as if their billing center is outsourced to India, and the people on the phone do not care to rectify situations.
My insurance company informed me the services were improperly billed. After month and month again of receiving bills, calling the billing center and being assured it's fixed my insurance company finally broke down, made an acceptation and just paid the bill. This is utterly and absolutely unacceptable. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, WILL NEVER GO BACK. Also, the call center requires personal information, which I feel would be sold illegally, or used in identity theft. No good all the way around AVOID!

Sarah Lembke in particular has saved my husband today. Seeing his breathing distress and sickly appearance, she sent him directly to ER, where they found a pulmonary embolism in his lungs. She didn't play around with him, but got serious and said, go now! It is Care United's way of taking care of their patient's that I appreciate and their desire to do what is best. Thank you so much for my husband's life.

I have been going here for awhile for emergencies. Never once did they disappoint. The visits are usually a pleasant experience. I find they are more thorough with my care than my family physician. I never feel rushed to tell how I feel and the doctors who have cared for me take time to learn more in an effort to get me up and going again. Most test are done on site and results are often provided during the visit.
The cost is not outrageous like most emergency facilities and I can plan my visits after work if I can endure whatever I am visiting for until then. When in pain, give them a try. Convenience at its best.

Ladies at the front desk said my insurance was "inactive". I left school to come here and wasted 45 minutes of my time because they couldn't locate my insurance. I asked them for a doctors note or something to prove I was there for almost an hour and they refused to do so. I left and called Cigna and they said there wasn't a problem with my insurance and that it was active. Ladies at the front desk obviously don't know how to do their job.

This place is not great. Very lazy receptionist who doesn't seem to care at all! Very slow and no private check in! Person stood right behind me as I entered my information into the "computer check in" which didn't work very well. It also showed other patients information because the computer was so slow that it never refreshed the screen.
Privacy 0/5. Receptionist 0/5. The patient information is all over the place! On the lobby computer screen, on the receptionists desk, and overhearing verbally. Definitely would not survive an unplanned HIPAA audit (patient privacy). Once I was called back it got somewhat better, the many of the employees seem like they don't want to there. I will avoid going here again. I dislike giving bad reviews, but this place is not patient focused and that's a problem.

Worst place ever. After checking in and waiting for over an hour they inform me that they forgot to collect my co-pay from 2 visits ago and I had to pay it now or I couldn't be seen. I should have been offered to pay it out since it was there fault it was collected at the time of service. Will never come here again.

I went in due to symptoms consisted with whiplash. I had to repeat symptoms to NP student. Then the PA said what makes you think it's whiplash, duh I was in a MVA. Took xrays, which cannot DX whiplash. Said I had cluster headaches, never had before, which they didn't explain well. Very disappointed with the way I was treated, listened to, and their ability to treat patients correctly. Now I feel I need second opinion and will have to pay out of my pocket. They just made my discomfort WORSE.

The worse clinic I've ever come across. You're website states you're open until 7:30. I arrived after 5:30 and the idiot clerk and the gum chewing office clerk crap for brains girl were the only ones there so it seemed. It looked as if they were interested in leaving and not to take care of patients. They offered to allow me to fill out forms and then come back tomorrow. Why?
When your business states you're open and you say I don't know why the website says that, it's obvious you have less than desirable employees. I left and called the clinic and asks what their purpose of being open if their last patient is at 5:30? The girl said "I don't know why" we're just here. I asked for a supervisor, she replied we don't have supervisors in the weekends.
I asked her so what's the reasoning behind not helping customers if you're still open? Once you can't do anything for people that need help, what's the point of being open, she replied because they close at 6! Terrible idiot service and quite embarrassing for anyone that owns or runs this establishment. People really don't care about their jobs at all. That's all this place is about.

Staff completely ignored all the patients. Three hour wait to see a non-MD. Ordered a totally unnecessary chest X-ray. Prescribed cough suppressant which did not work; guess who won't be able to work tomorrow? I'm coughing my guts out right now. A complete waste of time. I would have been better off drinking hot tea and spending rime with my family. At least I would not have had foolish expectations of you know, improved health, that usually are part of a doctor's visit.
