Rapid Med Urgent Care

Rapid Med continues to impress me. They are very professional. I have never had a problem making a last minute appointment. I always leave feeling as though I've had the best care possible. I'd highly recommend them. Bonus: their hours are accommodating. They are open later than other clinics in the area.

I've been to this location several times within the past two years. I always get in very quickly and have little wait time. The facility is very clean, the doctor/nurses listen, are caring, give options, and are very thorough. I highly recommend!

I went to the Flower Mound office on hwy 407. When i was suppost to go to a different one that i had checked in online with. They said no problem and saw me anyway. I didn't wait 5 min from the time I sat down in the lobby. Was seen in office right away! Everyone from front desk, nurses, tech and Dr was all great. Best medical care in an office that I have had since covid started.

I worked in medical field for many years and know the type of treatment and help that should be shown. That is hard to find these days. These people are outstanding and I will tell everyone!

Rapid Med will be my first choice from here on out! Every single staff member was so nice and happy to be there. I felt well cared for and well informed throughout my entire visit. The NP I saw is easily one of the best providers I have ever seen. The facility is very clean and upscale. I truly cannot thank the staff enough for being so incredible. My experience was above and beyond. AND their cash pay prices are very reasonable.

I was able to be seen quickly for a broken wrist. The provider and all staff were polite and professional. The office is clean. I was in and out in under an hour with an x-ray, a diagnosis, a splint, and a referral. This is my second time being treated by this facility, and I have been pleased both times.

I've been going to Rapid Med since way before all the nice clinics and multiple locations. I will venture to guess 15+ years. I literally would drive over an hour to rapid med since I moved out of the area but still used them as my primary care provider. I used to mainly see one specific doctor who I was comfortable with and never had one negative experience at the clinic.

It has been a slow decline in their "personability" and desire to work with patients since the introduction of these new buildings and staff. And just keeps getting worse. Instead of your local neighborhood clinic, it has turned I to a corporate structured, rigid, it is what it is philosophy and I really dont care about about my patients experience.

Some staff is now rude, will forgrt about you in patient rooms, shuttle you along like cattle, mess up prescriptions all the time, then get upset/rude about it when you call to have it corrected. Just seems like no one front of house cares any more compared to the good ole rapid med who became so popular because of how they treated people in the community.

I was hesitant writing this review, but this has been the most awful experience. I went in to get Strep swabbed. Was given a diagnosis and told them what pharmacy to call my prescription to. This was Friday. That evening it still was not done and the pharmacy was closing soon. I called again for 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. Finally told oops they will call it in now and the dr said she would personally see to it.

Never happened. The next day I called again for 30 minutes this time and they finally called it in. It was 10x worse by this point and I'm miserable. its Tuesday and the antibiotics prescribed were not effective for this strain. So I went elsewhere and got a different antibiotic within the next hour. Strep turned into high fevers and highly down my throat. my jaw line and gums are also extremely swollen and having to see a dentist if the infection has gone to my gums. Worst experience absolutely ever!

I also have progression pictures to show how much worse it has gotten since beginning with them. I was self pay, so as a single mom this was not cheap and to turn into this nightmare was not a good experience. I do not recommend. At all.

Everyone already knows this, but Rapid Med has by far the most stellar doctors and personnel; including billing department. I've been to both locations. They have all needs at your service x-ray, etc and all testing. Knowledgeable staff, and kind and friendly manner. Most of their doctors are past ER personnel; they have seen it all and can really help you! *I have been going to Rapid Med for over 8 years

This was my first visit to RapidMed. The facility was beautiful and very clean. Patients were allowed to wait inside as long as we were socially distanced. The staff were all extremely polite and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

This is the best urgent care we have ever been to! My son hit his ear and needed stitches. Everyone was so nice and sweet to my son, who was very nervous. They gave him stickers, snacks, and put on a Netflix show for him. They were so great with him and helped put him at ease. They also explained everything to me very clearly. I was reluctant about taking my son to an urgent care that wasn't a pediatric urgent care but I'm glad we did. This place was great! If we need an urgent care in the future, we will be going back here.
