Our medical team will provide timely care when there is acute illness and be a support and coordinate care when the problems are more complex.We will be open to innovation. Lake Lewisville Pediatrics is not just an office you drop into at a time of illness and occasionally for well care. Each member of Lake Lewisville Pediatrics knows you and your family. I feel so blessed to have found Dr Levy for my children especially for my oldest who has dealt with many mental health issues as a pre-teen and teenager. The office staff is phenomenal and have been there consistently since we started coming in 2006(which says a lot in my opinion). Dr Elhance and Dr Ogden have seen my kids also when needed and I've always been more than satisfied.

My 6-year old received an unsolicited email from this office. We've never been here, never opted-in to any emails or marketing, never had any sort of interaction. Any doctor's office that has to resort to buying mailing lists in order to spam their neighbors is desperate and untrustworthy in my opinion. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt if the email was a phishing attempt, but all of the links legitimately led back their website.
So no one is using their logo to take you to another website. It's this office buying patient contact info and who knows what else in order to send them targeted marketing emails. Pathetic.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Ogden's since he was born. We love Dr. Ogden and all the staff, especially Ms. Jan in the front office! We've never had a problem getting him in quickly when he is sick and the best part is he likes going to the doctor! He's quick to let them know he doesn't need a shot .our family highly recommends Lake Lewisville Pediatrics!

I received my COVID vaccine at this location. I suffer from Trypanophobia, and the nurse was very understanding. The vaccine went very smoothe, and afterward one of the doctors came to check up. She offered water and ensured that I take all of the time that I need before I left. If I lived slightly closer, I would definitely bring my two girls to this location.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I was not impressed at all. Dr. Ogden came into the room, with a very dry greeting, and then sat really far away from myself and my 10 month old son. He then proceeded to ask questions. I never saw him wash his hands or use sanitizer. He seem to not only be in a rush, but also had a very nonchalant attitude.
I honestly feel like they don't want black patients at this office. The front office staff was also not friendly or courteous. I will never return and wouldn't recommend this pediatrician to my dog.

We see Dr Levy and couldn't be any happier. LOVE HER. We've seen both other docs on occasions and have 0 complaints. From the front office to all of the nurses. We love Karrie and Nohemi - they both take such great care of my boy. Karrie the lactation consultant helped me successfully breastfeed for just under a year. I never thought I would make it that far and Karrie was always there to answer any questions I had. Always easy to schedule appointments and we are always seen quickly when in the office. Would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent doctors and staff! We have been seeing Dr Ogden for many years. Never a billing problem, and the staff is always friendly and courteous. If I need to refill a prescription, the nurse calls me back the same day. I also like they have the offices divided so if your child is going for a well visit, you do not have to share the office with sick patients. I would recommend this doctor to all my friends.

Dr. Ogden is an attentive, caring, and professional pediatrician. He has been our children's' doctor for years and we have been so thankful to have him looking after their well being. He has managed all sorts of complex health issues. I can highly recommend Dr. Ogden and Dr. Levy as well (we saw her once in an emergency when Dr. Ogden was out of the office).

All 3 of my children ages 16, 10 and 2 see Dr. Levy. She is amazing and and exceptionally thorough. The connection she makes with each of them is awesome and she makes them feel extremely comfortable. Not being from the area, I was concerned with finding my children a wonderful pediatrician and I am so glad I chose her. From the first day I knew she was the one! Thanks Dr. Levy and Lake Lewisville Pediatric staff you all are amazing! AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME!
