I regret not coming sooner. I'm a customer for laser hair removal. My target areas are upper lip, under arms and full Brazilian. With just 2 sessions I already notice a difference. The attached picture is of my under arms, I last shaved the day before my last session done 3 weeks ago. I have a few sessions left and I'm so excited to have the occasional session for touch ups rather than to wax monthly.

I am so happy with the results I will continue with my legs and other body parts. Pricing is fair. Dr. Patel does such a good job that it's worth paying her for it. Once your in the office you realize all the services she offers and are tempted to try them all. For laser you have to shave they day of or the day before. If you have any long hairs that sh@t HURTS.

So please shave well. Since I get my upper lip done I get to put on some small special glasses I can't see through. Once they target my under arms and Brazilian I get to wear some other protective glasses I can see through. Your first treatment is scary because you don't know what to expect. And depending on your pain tolerance, painful. Lol.

It not too bad. They sit you on a bed that they control, they have you wipe of any creams or deodorant and put this cooling gel, it gets kinda messy. So they tell you if you feel anything HOT to tell them, so although you are trying to keep your mind off the treatment because it hurts you have to be in tune with what's going on. I felt warmth but not hot to where I have to say something.

The laser treatment is painful, I'm not going to lie. It feels like if needles are going in through your hair follicles all at once. But since it targets big enough areas it's done pretty quickly. I'm in and out in like 15 minutes. I definitely recommend Dr. Patel and laser treatment, so far I am very happy with my results.

Next day photos with zero bruising! The only question I have now is, "Should I get them bigger?" Answer, "Yes, I'd love to!"

Really good experience my second time getting laser tattoo removal. First clinic I went to get me SMP removed they did only small area and charged regular price. Went to Patel and got the whole head laser. Was comforting and took breaks when asked. If you need smp removed definitely recommend mine wasn't that bad and I'm going to redo it so I might be able to get away with one session if I want it gone completely I would need one more.

If yours is deep or very dark you migh need 3 or 4 session but my recommendation is don't be a sissy and don't get played and not do the whole head at once. Take break if painful but you'll save months and money if do the whole head. The last clinic said my head will swell up twice the size if I did the whole head, b.s just take cold showers few days and put cream on you'll be fine. Once again thank you Dr. Patel.

Renee Patel is the BEST! I have only received tattoo removal services for 5 tattoos ranging from small to medium sizes for over one year. All of the tattoos are nearly gone and I am very pleased. All staff is very professional and timely in responding to your needs. Needless to say, if you receive any services from Renee Patel it will be STELLAR!

I had my first laser hair removal consultation for full face (as I have PCOS) with Renee. Very clean and professional environment/staff. I met Renee for the first time and she is very kind and knowledgeable! I was asked if I wanted to do my first session the same day. I went and did it! As my body is very sensitive it was painful for me. I also understood it was my follicles. Beauty is pain! I'm glad I'm getting laser hair removal done finally, especially with Renee. I highly recommend this place

Dr. Patel was excellent, and very professional. She explained the procedure about skin tags and proceeded to be very gentle and fast. No pain.

Before finding Dr. Patel's office I had made a few calls to different places to try to get a mole removed from my face due to cosmetic reasons. Many places were charging ridiculous prices or I couldn't get an appointment for it being due to cosmetic reasons, so when I found Dr. Patel's office I was super ecstatic. Not going to lie I was a bit hesitant in coming here at first because I didn't see many reviews for moles (just one), so I wasn't sure if she had much experience with mole removals (she does by the way she provided me with pictures when I was there) and it is my face so I was nervous.

I did schedule an appointment for a consultation and I walked out her office without a mole that very same day. I did have my consultation with her son, Neal (NP), which was very nice in answering all my questions and concerns. My procedure was then done by Dr. Patel. She was very nice throughout and it was a painless procedure as well. I only felt the needle when she was numbing the area after that I felt nothing and even later on that day when it wore off I was not in pain.

She did provide me with antibiotic ointment, lotion, and bandages as part of my aftercare. I did call the next day about a few more aftercare questions that I had and Neal was able to provide me with answers over the phone and told me to call back again if I had more questions. So far the area is looking good and the healing process is going well. I am very satisfied with the services that this office was able to provide me and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Bestest tattoo removal experience ever. they are kind and chill, professional & greatly informative you can tell they love what they do, they accommodated me with the process I needed even though I was there for a consult.

Came to Dr Patels office last week for a skin tag removal was coming in really embarrassed had it in a awkward place. Walked in, it was a really nice office very clean easy to find and the receptionist and the young lady that walked me to my room were Great and friendly. I then met Amy she was totally Amazing she made me feel so comfortable, then Dr Patel walked in and she was also Amazing they had me cracking up the whole time which took away the awkward feeling I had when first going over the consultation which was free unlike most places. Amy did an Awesome job was out in less than an hr from the moment I walked in. Going back for laser hair removal which is Great pricing too so Glad I walked into her office recommend this place

First time for a laser tattoo removal at this location. I was treated by Neal the NP. From the start I told him I was so scared about the pain. I had experienced laser tattoo removal at a different location with a different provider and it was the most painful experience of my life. Neal right away said he can give me some numbing shots if I was okay with needles to help with the pain and discomfort.

I cannot say enough how much I recommend the numbing shots. It's a game changer. I highly recommend coming here for your laser tattoo removal needs ask for Neal the NP he was great.

My wife made me an appointment to have some treatment here and Dr Patel was great. She went above and beyond to meet my needs and she was generous and caring. Things were done in a rush but I understand that she was busy helping other patients. I will come back if I need to and I will refer others to her.

I have been a client of Dr. Patel for many years. I've had hair laser removal on my face and bikini area. My skin has improved dramatically. No rashes or Follicle -itis anymore, thanks to the laser hair removal. Invest in yourself it's so worth it. I want to do my legs next. No more waxing for me. The service and staff are excellent you feel valued. I highly recommend Dr. Rene Patel and Neil Patel.

Tried to call and get information on services and the girl who picked the phone up stated "I don't speak Spanish " I was clearly speaking English yet she transferred me to someone else who transferred me back. Then they put me on hold. I picked another business because they didn't treat me this way right off the back. Hope this helps anyone in the near future and the business to improve there customer service.

The place to protect and maintain a beautiful skin. Dr Patel is the best and has a great staff. PA Neil is very knowledgeable and caring for all your health needs. I highly recommend this place!

I went in for my scheduled procedure and checked in with the front desk. I took a seat and as I waited to be seen, more patients came in. A couple came in asked "is this where you get covid testing?". I was caught off guard as there was no signs outside or inside indicating that they were testing for covid. So as I waited for 30+ minutes, at least 5 more individuals checked in for covid testing.

At this point the waiting area was filled. I didn't mind waiting for my procedure however I wish I was informed that they were conducting covid testing. I did not feel comfortable waiting 30+ as new patients came in and out for covid testing and I was exposed to them. I HIGHLY recommend different check in procedures like having people wait outside or in their car and calling them when it's their time.

I had skin tags removed 4 weeks ago now. I had such an amazing experience. I was definitely nervous on the way to the office due to the location of my skin tags. I had 1 frozen off at my doctors a year prior but I was told freezing them off won't make them disappear for good, only laser will. I was super nervous when they told me needles would be involved because I have a 0 pain tolerance.

I decided to do it because I was super self conscious of them. I believe she just injected the skin tags with numbing cream using an insulin needle. I did not feel a thing! And then she started to use the laser, which I could barley feel. There was one or two that were sensitive but it wasn't as bad as I thought. She made me feel very comfortable and she did have to have a nurse help her & she was very sweet as well.

I did mention that needles and pain make me pass out, Dr. Patel made sure I was good every 5 seconds, literally lol she offered food, water and even told me I could listen to my music while they were being removed. I was definitely embarrassed but it was ALL WORTH IT. I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to heal. The healing process was great. They looked like I was burned by fire but I wasn't never uncomfortable.

Right now they are light pink color but soon it will turn to my skin color. I am super happy. I will be back though for a little more but it's nothing urgent. I had a wonderful experience.

I went in to get a mole removed that was on the corner of my nose and a skin tag on my back. I was really nervous to get the mole on my nose removed because it was in a tricky spot and on my face. It's been a full week since the operation and I am beyond happy with the results! Dr. Patel was amazing from start to finish, she made me feel at ease the entire time! The removal was painless and recovery time was about a week. Excellent work Dr. Patel and thank you for giving me my confidence back!

This place is so awesome, everyone is so sweet & walk you through everything prior to the treatment. They offer tons of treatments & are super affordable. I've personally gotten laser tattoo removal & saw results after the second treatment (black ink only). I always get the numbing prior which honestly hurts more than the laser itself. Definitely coming back for more treatments!

I was skeptical about laser hair removal before, afraid of how painful it would be and if it would even work. I could not be more please with Dr. Patel and her staff. Not only is everyone so warm and friendly but highly professional as well. The process of getting laser hair removal has been so easy and almost painless! I couldn't believe just how easy it was and how fast it has already worked just after a few treatments! Thank you Dr. Patel for such a wonderful experience.

This review is long over due. This past September 2018 I found this place based off of good reviews on Yelp. My review is of course based off of my results. I had a white fatty small cyst on my under eye area. It was so tiny but being the vain person that I am I wanted it removed. I came here, got my free consultation, scheduled my appt for removal of this cyst a week later and proceeded to come in and get it removed. Dr. Patel numbed my under eye, then burned the cyst and then with a scalpel removed it.

She assured me it would heal normally. Fast forward two weeks, I still had a huge wound, weeks passed and it was no longer fresh appearing but more of a scar appearing. I tried to remain hopeful in that it wouldn't scar. However, fast forward to now (March 2019) and I have a permanent scar. I went to a skin esthetician to start getting facials and when I told her this story she said using a scalpel was too harsh and that she herself (the esthetician) would have just burned it off and left it at that and therefore would have avoided leaving me a scar. I truly regret coming here because my cyst was sooooo small in comparison to my now very noticeable scar :,(

Too bad I have to leave a negative review as Dr. Patel was so sweet. However my experience was not great. I made an appointment for 1/9/10 to come in at 9:30 I came in 30 min early I walked in and was not greeted right away the lady in front was to preoccupied to say good morning, fine I suppose, so she calls me to fill out paperwork since it was my first time here that took about 10-15 min, she called me in back and I was introduced to Dr. Patel right away.

By this time it was around 9:15, she consulted with me fairly quickly and once we were done she left to go get product and never came back. As funny as that sounds, it's true! At 9:50 a male NP walks in and said she got caught up with another client. I told him I had to leave by 10, he said he'd check, and he never came back either. I walked out of there with nothing but a waste of my time. It's unfortunate because this location is close to home and I was looking for a place to consistently come to. Also:: all my info was jotted down, and I never received a call/text or email asking for my business, I guess I wasn't important enough. On to the next.

I love Dr Patel. She's very accommodating & friendly. She really care for her patient. I've been coming here for 3 years for my acne/pimples( I'm 45) Dr Patel suggested microneedling + PRP & It worked! thank you doc & staff

Renee and Neal along with their staff are some of the nicest and most kind clinicians or specialists -let alone medical personnel- that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Renee did everything to make me feel at ease while I had the laser treatment for tattoo removal. They make the whole process very easy and as comfortable as possible for the patient. Dr. Patel and her staff are very friendly and professional. My husband has been coming to Dr. Patel's office since 2011 for tattoo removal. Since then he has removed 5 tattoos and each with great results and with reasonable prices. It is always a pleasure to come to this office.

Absolute worse experience of my life! Went in for tattoo removal and was left with SEVERAL deep scars. The young male nurse up sold me on some new procedure that would reduce the pain and healing time and it would cost $60 more for the tattoo removal. Well that seems like a good deal so I went for it. I notice immediately the guy doing the procedure was new but he seemed extremely confident so I decided to proceed. Having done 7 or 8 sessions at another tattoo removal it didn't seem like a big deal.

Well I was extremely wrong because now I have some huge scars from the procedure I got at this so called establishment. Think twice before trusting this place for anything! They don't know what they are doing from my experience. BEWARE!

I've been coming to Dr Patel for 4+ years to get tattoos removed. Ive had about 11 sessions. And I've been happy until my last visit. Vanessa, from the front desk is rude, inappropriate and lacks respect to patients. I was charged more than doubled compared to my previous visits on my last tattoo removal session. I told her that she was charging me different and she didn't care.

I showed her my last receipt through my bank account history, and she still decided to charge me whatever she felt like charging me. I told her to look at my file and check my last payment, and she said "well, that was 10 months ago and the file is in the back." She didn't want to do "more" work to help me. She was simply lazy. Neil, Dr Patel's son, was there.

And he saw the history I tried to show Vanessa. Even he said to adjust my bill. But guess what, lazy, arrogant Vanessa still did not listen. And did nothing. It was very upsetting. Her actions were truly disappointing. I used to think highly of this office, especially Dr Patel and her son, Neil. But, after 4+ years, my last visit will be my last visit. I do NOT recommend this office.
