I was scheduled for a leep procedure. The procedure is to removed abnormal cells in my cervix. I was told if they are not removed they will turn into cancer. They stated if I wait it is very unsafe. I got this news in March and was scheduled in June to get it done. They canceled it because my provider is out, LIFE HAPPENS AND I UNDERSTAND. But given the severity of the situation they had no intuition to get me in sooner, given it was them who canceled it!

No compromise other recommendations, nope you have to wait until July 27 for the procedure even though it was unsafe and you might get cancer waiting! Such an unprofessional experience it's sad.

I had a great experience with Dr Ayubi and Dr Tull. Tull was my ob during my pregnancy and was always very nice and respectful aswell as Dr Ayubi, she performed my C Section and cared for me post partum, I do not have anything negative to say about the Drs. I had also seen Dr Chan and Dr Marquez in some occasions and they were also very nice.

Within the past few years it has gone significantly downhill. Every time I go, I'm given a different doctor. Maybe they have high turnover. They prescribed me a new medication that cost $100 every three months. I had no idea until I filled it. I called and asked for a generic. I was told repeatedly they can't determine that, I need to call my insurance provider to determine a different medication. I have never ever had a doctor tell me I need to figure out which medication I need. Unbelievable.

I was recommended by my doctor to the Women Center for Health. The reason I was sent there was due to my dr no longer doing surgery, an I was in need of surgery. I received a call and was told that due to being a new patient, I could not get an appointment for two months. They did not even know my issue, and thought it was ok to schedule me for two months out.

Also I was never told who my Dr would be, so when I arrived I did not know a name. I was sent papers to fill out, with no information on who the appointment was with. I was scheduled with Dr. Tull and she seems like she had read the information that was sent from my regular dr. I was lucky to get her, after reading some of the other comments. She scheduled me for surgery within 11 days.

I am praying that the surgery goes well, without any complications. I would score her higher in the event that things run smooth with the surgery. But the office staff could use some training, in professionalism.

Dr. Tull is an absolute angel she's really nice makes you feel comfortable and she gave me and iud and I felt absolutely no pain Dr. Chan also was very nice the one time I saw her but DR. MARQUEZ should absolutely not be working in that field she shows absolutely no compassion and it's extremely rough with lady parts during delivery :/

The receptionists are extremely rude. I am new to area with tricare select insurance, which is a form of tricare that does not require referrals. The receptionist insisted that I needed a referral to be seen. I called tricare and verified that on the select plan you do not need referrals. I called the office back to tell them and they talked to me like I was incompetent and gave me the number for billing so I can "understand".

I called billing and the billing office said if my insurance says I don't need a referral then I do not need a referral. I then had to call back two more times to explain this to finally be given an appointment and told that I will be responsible for the costs when my insurance doesn't cover it. The girls on the phone were extremely rude and I felt like they literally did not want my business. I will be taking my care elsewhere.

This is honestly the most incompetent doctor's office I have ever dealt with in my life. The same story as everyone else states; late appointments, very long hold times on the phone, oblivious staff, and rushed appointments. Dr. Honegger is friendly but really lacks the professionalism one is to expect from a medical doctor. Every appointment felt rushed and dismissive to any concerns. Having everything met with "that's cool, sounds normal" and "I wouldn't worry about that" demonstrated she was apathetic to my wife's pregnancy and any questions that were asked. Don't let the close proximity of the office be the reason you go here. Do the research and find one with great reviews and that you are satisfied with after the first visit.

I'm new to my insurance and this office - it was recommended to me by a coworker of mine. I'm newly pregnant and had my first prenatal appointment with Dr. Jones and I highly recommend him! He was incredibly sweet and friendly, very gentle, walked and talked me through everything, went out of his way to make a new patient comfortable, and never missed a beat.

He was the best part of this experience. However, be prepared to ask a LOT of questions. The staff are all incredibly friendly and professional, but I got the sense that most staff members assumed that all patients knew where to go, what they needed to bring, who they needed to speak to, how to sign in to the lab to get blood work done, and the typical procedures of the office.

I wholeheartedly recommend this office and will continue to recommend them to all my female coworkers - but you have to ask all the questions you didn't think you'd need to to figure out where to go and what to do. Otherwise, I genuinely enjoyed my experience and look forward to all my future visits with Dr. Jones!

Doctors don't care about anything but their own opinion. I seem to suffer the same issues many women face when seeing a doctor, they're met with the solution of being given birth control. Dr. Chan brushed off a lot of my concerns and seemed to be extremely biased and placed her opinions over my experience. Then, I came in with a UTI, but was only there to discuss other health problems i was experiencing, however Dr. Tull simply suggested that I get STD tested (despite me telling her I was in a monogamous relationship and we both get tested regularly) and didn't address any of the actual problems I'd come in with. The only decent doctor I saw here was NP Stephanie Beltz. I highly suggest finding another office.

I like my doctor there, but she is very difficult to see. Appointments are very far in advance, and follow up appointments even more so. They do not schedule annual exams, and the receptionists are always busy. When I asked to make a follow-up appointment they told me I would be contacted but no one did. I also would just like to have an annual every year, but for some reason this place always seems too booked.

It is hard to find doctors taking new patients on the peninsula, and this is my 4th gyno in a number of years, because they've left or retired. The doctor is really great, and informed, but the practice seems overwhelmed and rushed, when I would really just want annual preventative care. Perhaps they need more staff?

The worst experience in that office. I made the appointment with Dr. Judy Honegger. I arrived to the Dr.'s office a few minutes before my appointment, the front desk Lady took 15 minutes entering my insurance information in the system. She didn't know how to enter it.,S he asked for help then 15 minutes later She told me Dr. Honegger Can't see me that day because I was Late. NO I WAS NOT LATE.

It was ridiculous I didn't see Dr. Honegger. I spoke with the supervisor and Then She send another lady to tell me the Dr. said she can't see me but I can reschedule the appointment. Terrible service.

I don't recommend Dr Marquez at all She doesn't care about our health, about our concerns. I'm pregnant not feeling well working in really bad conditions, throwing up, dizy and she just don't care. I'm going to look for another Dr. that cares about us, me and my baby.my concerns. If you're looking for a good Dr, go away! Go look somewhere else not here, I have a bad experience! *Long waiting (more than 30 min) to be able to see her *parking lot always "full"

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is so unprofessional for these urine cups to be thrown on the floor with urine and patients information.

I have never been more disappointed or angry at the care I have received from a doctor's office like I did at this place in particular. To summarize: After my 3rd miscarriage, I reached out for help and Dr. Honnneger argued with me and told me that I was wrong, so I spotted going there. After my 4th miscarriage, my pcp sent me back when I became pregnant a 5th time.

I know my body and after so many miscarriages, I know what pain is not normal. I expressed my concerns. Dr. Jones told me that he wants to "give life a chance" as if I was making up all the pain I was in. After doing blood work and seeing my hormones level were not rising he spent 5 minutes with me. He tossed the papers at me telling me "well I guess you were right" and that another Dr is going to have to do the D&C because he's going on vacation. Dr. Connely did my d&c and told me to schedule a follow-up wheni was ready.

I called a week later and left a voicemail. Then a month later, and every moth after that. This happened in September. It has been 6 months and I can't get ahold of this crackpot doctors office. Either their voicemail is full or no one answered. At one point I was able to get ahold of at least the billing department and they told me it was because of coronavirus and they forwarded me to the front desk where I got the voicemail again.

This has been my experience with the front desk. They rarely answer the phone, when they do they are rude, and half the time their voicemail is full. I finally stopped calling in February. Now I just want to know where I can file a complaint and I don't mean with their management.

I went in a couple of weeks ago, I had a bad experience and wanted to try this clinic. Staff was really nice however Dr Beck made me feel rushed the whole time. She asked me a couple questions regarding my concerns but did not give me an answer or point me in a right direction. She definitely made me think I was exaggerating or crazy because she thought I did not know what I was talking about. I would not go back at least with this dr

Dr. Jones was dismissive and uninterested in listening. If you expect high quality healthcare and to be treated with kindness, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I've been coming to this office for awhile. I really like my Dr. Kanter and his assistant Gloria. They are great never in a hurry, Gloria always makes sure my information is all current. She so sweet. Dr. Kanter has great bedside manners, he makes sure I leave with all my questions or anything I need is taking care of!

Love Dr. Jones! He is someone who really cares about the health of the patient as well as the health of the baby. He is also very thorough in his explanations, and offers any other information he sees fit. This is our first pregnancy and I feel like he has always made time for me and my millions of questions. Thank you, Dr. J!

This office is completely unprofessional. They are late opening the office. Dr. Ayubi was late to my appointment and didn't even know if she was in the right room (my appointment was at 8am first if the day). Then the office staff was supposed to call me and schedule an appointment and they didn't I had to call. Now I finally have an appointment next week and they tell me they have to reschedule it. After a month of waiting for a appointment. This place is awful.

Excellent scheduling! Arrived at 10:55 am. Appointment was at 11:00 am. Was called back to room at 11:00 am. Was out of there by 11:15 am. No long waits. Nice friendly staff. Clean office. Thank you Dr Honninger. See you next year!

Doctor Jones is really great, nothing bad to say about him and he's th reason I stick to this place. They don't want to deal with my insurance that cover pretty much everything at 100%. I have been trying to reach the billing department for the last 4 months without succes. I just need a form filled out for my insurance but that seem to complicated for them.

The billing department got the worst service possible, I can't recommend that place unless your insurance fit with there protocol. Anything that's not usual, they will look at you like a deer in the headlight.

I've been a patient here since 2011 - yearly checkups plus three pregnancies later and I'm still very pleased with HCFW. I used to see Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Chan but since the beginning of this year Dr. Jones is my main doctor. Fantastic OB/GYNs.

Compassionate and caring are two words that come to mind when I think about Healthcare For Women. The office is clean and well maintained. The waiting area is welcoming, however the wait time at this office is usually brief. Office staff are professional yet warm and friendly. I go to this particular office because I believe Doctor Rachel Beck is top-notch!

She is professional, caring, thoughtful and through. She explains everything and takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. I've never felt rushed by Doctor Beck and I always leave her office knowing I've received caring and compassionate care. I strongly recommend Healthcare For Women.

Health Care For Woman is the best OBGYN. They now accept Medical/CCAH with out being reffered. Its growing with more and more caring doctors and staff. Everything's changing for the good and i love that, Yeah maybe you need to wait for some doctors but thats because patients love them so much they are willing to take the wait. I have been a patient here since I was 16, now I'm in my 30s. I've been treated for GYN and OB matters. The doctors truly have a sense of urgency to help you. My primaries are Dr. Beck and Dr. Honegger. Both amazing women who listen to your concerns and offer reassurance. Patty the nurse will call you back immediately with your questions and concerns.

The front desk staff are polite and always call you back to answer questions. The sonographers are great as well. They just don't scan you but teach you what they are looking for and it's very educational. I wouldn't go to any other OBGYN clinic. I highly recommend any women here who needs care.

I loooove Dr. Conly she is amazing. My unborn daughter is diagnosed with CHD and she is there to answer all my questions morning or night. She even calls on her own time to check on us. I get to see her a couple more times before I get transferred to Stanford so that's a plus for me but I do wish she could deliver my daughter. We love you Dr. Conly your a great soul.

As an registered nurse myself, I can honestly say I've never been so frustrated with other healthcare professionals. They discontinued my birth control without telling me and would not renew my prescription until I made an annual appointment- and the soonest appointment slot was for 3months in the future! Not only that, but the whole process of making the appointment took three hours and I was constantly rerouted to angry receptionists who treated me like I was just trying to make trouble.

When I got there, I had to wait for 30min which normally I'd be a little more understanding but considering I'd already waited three months, I was really not pleased. During my annual check up I asked for an inject-able birth control implant. The doctor misunderstood me and I almost received an inject-able hormone solution instead- I stopped the nurse and explained the mix up.

But the doctor had already moved on to another patient and I was told I would need to wait until 1:30pm (it was only 11:45). So I went home to wait and when I began to drive to the office I received a call from them stating that my insurance would not cover the implant unless I made a separate appointment on a different day. As I type this, I have been in phone negotiations with the office for the last two hours trying to get a new appointment so I can get my implant injected.

Ive been on and off coming here since I was 14 for having an irregular cycle, my concerns were never fully acknowledged and kind of brushed aside. I am now 27 and my last visit here was in September of 2015 i still have an irregular cycle to the point where I don't even menstrate anymore and and I have a few other issues so I go in for a Pap smear and to address these concerns, I was about 2 months from turning 26 and being kicked off my parents insurance and was about to lose my only source of income so I was job hunting for a full time job.

So I go in for a papsmear and I told the dr I was not sexually active and I kid you not the speculum she used not only was to big it also burned and It took me practically yelling at her to get her to remove it and use a smaller one, then she goes over my medical files with this judgmental tone then prescribes me some medication to kick start my cycle, I take as prescribed and a month later it starts up, only it did not stop and on top of it it was incredibly heavy bleeding as well as intensely painful this went on for the entire month.

I called to ask if I should be concerned or if this was normal only to be brushed aside my the nurses or medical assistants there and the dr herself would not even speak to me I was placed on hold and basically forgotten about It was by far the absolute worst experience of my life I was losing so much blood and it was so very painful I couldn't eat because I was at a point here I was quasi nauseous and very lethargic my mother noted I was pale all the time and not eating she practically spoon fed me oatmeal and yet not a single person in that office could be bothered with me.

I ended up buying iron pills and stopping any and all medication and a week later I stopped bleeding I haven't had a cycle since and I will never return to these people again I felt judged, shamed and completely uncared for

Dr Rachel Beck is the most amazing doctor EVER! She is my absolute favorite. She's compassionate and really listens to you. She has delivered all my babies, including my twin boys. I expressed I wanted to avoid a c section if possible, and she assured me she would do everything possible to avoid a c section. I had a fast, easy delivery, thanks in part to the expertise of Dr Beck. Dr chan is also a great doctor and whenever I can't see Doctor Beck, I don't hesitate to see Dr Chan. Dr Chan will also take the time to sit with you and take the time to answer any questions you might have. She made me feel like she honestly cared about me.
