At Arkansas Women's Center, we are committed to providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services for the women of Little Rock and Central Arkansas. Our Doctors believe in evidence-based medicine that serves our patients' best interests, not our own. We are there to spend the time it takes to listen and answer your questions and to create a treatment game plan that fits your unique patient needs. We offer complete gynecologic and obstetric care for women of all ages. Your comfort and health are our top priorities.
Services
Arkansas Women's Center provides in-office well-woman care, office gynecology services, in-office surgery, outpatient surgery, and in-patient surgery. We have excellent caring attitudes and individualized patient care. We give every patient the individual care she needs. Our group cares for high and low-risk pregnancies, including patients who desire a vaginal delivery after a prior cesarean (VBAC).
Dr. Clinton "Clint" Hutchinson, and his family (which then consisted of his wife, Mary, along with their two young daughters, Lilly and Melissa) returned home to Arkansas in 2006 when he joined the physicians at Arkansas Women's Center in private practice. Since that time, his family has increased by one. When not delivering babies, Clint enjoys computers, listening to music and spending time with his family.
After completing her medical school and Ob/Gyn residency training at UAMS, Dr. Williams moved to Louisiana with her husband and then spent several years working in Texas both in private practice and as an OBGyn Hospitalist. In the summer of 2021, she proudly returned "home" to Little Rock to be near her family once again.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Dr. Lindsay Osleber is very personable, down to earth, and has an awesome sense of humor! She was very welcoming to me as a new patient and answered all my questions. She explains things so well and in detail; her responses made me feel assured and at ease. She exhibits genuine compassion, is extremely smart, and kept me laughing during my entire appointment.
Everyone from the check in staff, to the nurses etc. are very polite, quick, and just nice people in general. I'm so content in my decision to visit the Arkansas Women's Center and Dr. Osleber. It made a world of a difference to me coming from another OB clinic. Thank you all so much!

I am so thankful that I switched my care to Arkansas Women's Center and Dr. Williams. I felt welcomed and cared for during all of my appointments. Dr. Williams was always informative, helpful, and kind. She answered all of our questions and laid out a treatment plan that was easy to understand. She made my dream of having a VBAC happen and it was truly one of the most redemptive experiences. Words can't express how thankful I am to have received such wonderful care. Highly recommend Dr. Williams!

I have been seeing Dr. Emily Middleton Williams for a short time and I can say I have only had 1 negative experience with another medical professional prior to this. I feel as if my concerns and painful experiences were not heard, she gaslighted me and told me that I needed to follow up with my GI doctor because I clearly don't know the difference between intestinal pain vs reproductive organ pains seeing as how I'm obese!
She performed some tests and I was appalled at the way she handled my biopsy, she was rough and unsympathetic to the pain she caused me which lasted for several days afterwards, I am traumatized from this for the rest of my life! She made notes in my chart that were falsely recorded, she also made it clear to repeatedly bring up some painful events in my past trauma as to which was heartless!
She then decided to put me on birth control even when I do not need it because I have had my tubal in 2015. I won't be returning and I sincerely pray that she learns from this and directs herself to treating others like human beings not a peace of paper! She truly showed me that she is a narcissist and unethical and unprofessional! I pray no one experiences this ever!

I just found out I was pregnant and I called to schedule me a prenatal appointment. Days after I schedule my appointment I had heavy bleeding. Of course me being scared and this being my first pregnancy, I decided to call my supposed to be OBGYN and I was sent to leave a message. Twice I did this and it has been 3 days and I have NOT received a call back.
I ended up having to go to the emergency room & of course they didn't help me out at all.then the nurse that I had at the ER (I wish I knew his name) gave me paperwork and stated that he didn't know which number I was supposed to call but to just call both (one number was with Kevin David Breniman and the other number was just to Baptist Health) and basically figure it out myself. So, I decided to do just that and just my luck I get sent to voicemail and Kevin Breniman/his nurse never called back to allow me to schedule an appointment. For this to be my first pregnancy and for BAPTIST and my Obgyn to know this I'm highly upset and will NOT be returning.

I came to Arkansas Women's Center right before my second pregnancy. My first delivery (another clinic) was very traumatic & complicated, and I wanted a fresh start with my second pregnancy & delivery. My PCP referred me to Dr. Hutchinson, and I'm so thankful for that! Dr. Hutchinson and his nurses are beyond accommodating. He takes time to listen to your concerns, and genuinely has his patients best interest at heart. My second delivery was amazing, and I was able to enjoy the experience & my new born baby boy!

Dr. Wyatt has served as my wife's OB-GYN and we are so thankful for his excellent care and expertise. He holds a special place in our heart, because he has been right there with us through the births of our 3 children. Over the past 5 years, Dr. Wyatt, and his nurse Rachel, have always treated us with respect, professionalism, and sincerity. Anytime we've needed them, they've responded promptly and compassionately. My wife and I highly recommend Dr. Wyatt, Rachel, and the Arkansas Women's Center.

This is my second baby I've had (am having) with AWC and I LOVE these nurses and doctors! With my first baby I had DR. Osleber and she was awesome! So caring and funny! Definitely put my new mama mind at ease. This time I have DR. Hutchinson and he's awesome too! He's so nice and extremely informative! The whole environment makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Would definitely recommend any friend/family member having a baby to go to Arkansas Womens Center!

I love Dr. Hutchinson! Best ob/Gyn ever! He was so attentive & always made me feel at ease. He is very friendly & takes time to sit down and answer your questions. He doesn't go in & our of the room- but takes time to listen. He was very comforting & helpful! He performed my C-section & ties my tubes in 2014 & till this day I have had no issues or complications.
My scar healed so nicely & is barely even noticeable! Dr. Hutchinson was very professional & gave me great advice when I shared my concerns with him. If you're looking for a 5 star Ob/Gyn- look no further -Dr. Hutchinson is the best!

Dr. Osleber is a great doctor. My daughter absolutely loves her for ob/gyn care (pregnancy) and she's received rave reviews from other women we know. Unfortunately, her staff is confused about which type of QualChoice insurance they accept. If it's not employer provided - even though Dr. Osleber is listed as a QualChoice in-network provider - they will not accept your insurance.
Another qualifier stated by the staff - if you purchased your coverage on the "exchange" as a result of the Affordable Care Act, they will not accept that either. This would seem to preclude not only those who qualify for Arkansas's "private option", but even the self-employed, or anyone whose employer doesn't offer insurance and they have purchased coverage on the national exchange. Very, very disappointing.
I wasted three weeks waiting for an appointment and two hours completing the online patient questionnaire, only to discover I'm not covered. Even then, it was only confirmed by calling QualChoice as Dr. Osleber's staff couldn't elaborate on what constituted a policy bought on the "exchange". Not helping is the state of Arkansas leading citizens to believe private option coverage is the same as standard health insurance coverage when clearly, it isn't.

Dr. CLINT HUTCHINSON is the best women's health physician I've ever heard of. Yes, "ever heard of". Now let me clarify that. I've been a health care professional for over 25 years so I don't have to be at the bedside to understand what an excellent physician is when I hear one. Dr. Hutchinson took care of my little sister, 35, when the health care system itself failed her with missed diagnoses, adverse treatment strategies and a blatant regard for money. (She had been laid off).
Her situation was one that needed to be attended to urgently and Dr. Hutchinson's professionalism, humanitarianism and all around "good guy-ism" removed all the obstacles that stood in the way of my sister getting the medical attention she so desperately needed. Also adding to this credit is the fact that my sister is not an easy sale by any means, but Dr. Hutchinson's bedside manner and genuine desire to care for his patients won her over and me as well. I live in California, but if I ever need any such medical attention, I am making a " B" line for 9500 Kanis Rd, Little Rock, AR for the office of Dr. Clint Hutchinson.
