Nice office and pleasant staff. If you have any serious eye problems, this is not the place for you. After getting "pictures" the woman optometrist merely said, "I can't help you." Then she left. Very brusque. I would have appreciated a more helpful discussion about options such as reading glasses, etc. The cost seemed high.

I have been a patient for 25+ years and am so very pleased with the care & attention for my eyes. Dr. P is very personable and professional. Couldn't be happier!

After 30 years it's time to find another optometrist. His office staff doesn't care about their patients. They are not willing to nice just rude.

Dr. Palazollo is the best. I've lived in Carson City over 25 years and have been to many eye doctors. By far, he is the friendliest and most thorough. I've been going to Optometrists for 36 years. When I moved to Carson City I was fortunate enough to be recommended to Dr. Palazzolo and have been blown away ever since. His sincere and engaging personality is only bested by his knowledge and skill. His staff is top notch and always professional. His selection is high end and very fashionable. There are several Optometrists in Carson City and this one is far and away the best!

Dr. Palazzolo is a fantastic optometrist. Our whole family sees him and we have told our friends and neighbors about him as well. He has great mannerisms, professionalism and a funny sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable and has caught issues with my children's eyes, that our last optometrist did not. I highly recommend him.

I just Dr. Stephen Palazzolo for the 3rd year in a row. I regret not have gone to him since I moved up here 7 years ago. I have tried 4 different eye doctors prior to go to him and were not satisfied with any of them. He has a great personality and explain his finding extremely well. On this visit he had his staff contact the supply company to check if I still had a warranty on my present glasses, after more than a year.

I did so my lenses will be replaced at no cost to me. How many eye doctors and their staff would spend the time and effort to do that for their customers? He has a great support staff and they all just make the visit enjoyable. Will surely continue to go to him as long as I live up here. Happy Customer

After going to another eye doctor for a number of years, I was complaining that my glasses prescription seemed to make my vision worse every year. Went to Dr. Palazzolo and when he did my refraction and showed me the difference with my previous prescription, watched in amazement as the eye chart snapped into almost perfect focus. The office staff is also very friendly and competent.

I have been going to Dr Palazzolo for about 20 years. He is very thorough and super friendly. I know my eyes are in good care especially since our family has history of eye disease. He's the best!

Our family of five are all patients of Dr. Palazzolo, and have been for over 15 years. Dr. Palazzolo is knowledgeable about eye care, respectful to his clients, careful not to make quick decisions, but will refer you to someone he knows and trusts if he feels a second opinion would be best. As others have noted, he talks to his clients frankly, yet respectfully--never demeaning or belittling.

Most of all, he is HONEST--his integrity is above reproach. His staff is courteous, pleasant, and professional. They give polite reminder calls the day before your appointment, and do try to work with their clients' busy schedules. All in all, Dr. Palazzolo is a great family optometrist! (And he is consistently voted #1 Best Eye Care Specialist in Carson City--that says a lot!)

Dr. Palazzolo is great. He answers every question with patience and expertise. He even answers questions that I didn't know I had, and that's pretty unusual. He's still enthusiastic about his work and he's genuinely interested in the function and health of the eye, in general, and the patient's eyes, in particular. Office staff is also great.

I have healthy eyes and just need glasses, but I feel confident that he would know what to do and where to send me if I ever have anything horrible. For my high-strung personality, that's really comforting.

Doctor Palazzolo is the best eye doctor I have ever had. If you are looking for a good eye doctor you need to only see doctor Palazzolo. I hope to have him for the rest of my life.

Have been a patient of Dr. Stephen Palazzolo for more years than I care to remember. He is the first eye doctor I've had that never recommended new glasses if I didn't need them. Others would say things like "there's a slight change and you'll be needing then soon--so get them now." He is efficient, tells you what is going on in terms you can understand and is very friendly and nice. His entire staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Palazzolo and his office.

Over 15 years as a patient and I have never had any complaints at all. The staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Steve's information and also that he gives me options and discusses them with me. I have had one appointment with Dr. Peterson and again, was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism I experienced.

Dr. Steve has been and is wonderful, been with his office over 15 years. Staff is great, office is very up to date with everything you need for excellent care. You can not do any better.
