I've been a patient at Vision Source for 4 years. I can't say enough about Dr. Morris and his staff: Mrs. Morris, Pete, Alejandra, and Theresa to name several. Dr. Morris is a savvy, compassionate, and personable optometrist educated at UC-Berkeley (that's nothing to sneeze at!). Pete and Alejandra, who have been with Vision Source for some years, are in sales, adjusting, and repair.

I've found the best glasses I've ever owned with their expert help (and on the Medicaid rack at that!). They are knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile for Vision Source's patients regardless of the circumstances. Dr. Morris is ably assisted by his wife, Mrs. Morris, who oversees the details of the practice. It's always a pleasure to see these folks and I look forward to my annual visit very much. In addition, I know that if I need extra cleaner or have any kind of issue with my glasses or eyes in between annual visits, I'm always welcome to stop in. Thank you!

My family an I have been going to this doctor for about 5 years, and the service has been average. The wait is long and it is always over booked but i never complain I just expect to spend my whole day there. I decided to call today to make an appoint for my family and the lady was really rude. I explained to her I had dual coverage and she said I could only use my insurance which I know is incorrect.

But again I overlooked that. When she finally took the info to make our appointments she told me I could only make appointments for 2 family members a day. I explained to her that one was a child and that made no difference. To sum this up, I would not recommend this office to any families that need eye care. The service is not that great and some of the workers are rude. I will take my dual insurance and go where I can be serviced in a better manner

I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and have OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). This does not mean that I am not a useful, capable person, but it does mean that patience is what I need sometimes. Everybody here was quite patient with me, while I am thinking about the correct words to use to give them the information they need or tell my vision doctor exactly what is happening and what I need help with. I am going to stay with them because I feel safe here, and being safe means everything to me.

I am extremely disappointed in this business. I spent $400 here between an eye exam, glasses, and sunglasses using my insurance. The sunglass lenses were free as a promotion. However they never even bother to offer me polarized lenses I assume because they were going to be free. I did not think to ask because naturally I figured a vision center who was making me custom, prescription lenses would naturally provide me with polarized lenses. I just wasted $200 on sunglasses I will now need to replace.

Be prepared to spend 3 hours of your life here when you schedule a visit. The optometrist and the people that ring you up to purchase lenses are very nice however the front desk staff is so rude! I spoke to the same person on the phone and at the door shes like "just sit ill get to you when I get to you" yea not very professional. Go else where!

Very rude office staff especially the woman who answer the phone. Iys very unprofessional to ignore a question just because your office is busy. I called several times last year same unprofessionalism. Dr. Morris need to get a new staff ASAP!

The customer service is terrible.everytime I call they always have an attitude If I could give a 0 star I DEF WOULD. When you walk in they take forever just to get a check up and the barely greet you and its really just everyones attitude in there that I do not appreciate. Just terrible and unprofessional!

Dr. Dexter Morris and his team are fantastic. Liz is very helpful and guided me to find the perfect pair of glasses. She really listened to what I was looking for and didn't mind when I tried on numerous pairs. it's obvious Liz has experience with what the patient needs and works best for them. The team is dedicated to hygiene so expect to wash your hands and wear a mask. Dr. Morris took his time to address my concerns too and I felt confident my eye health was cared about.

Making an Appoint was easy. Filling out online intake forms easy. Being greeted at the door because you have to knock to enter hmmm. I understand Covid protocols but our State has lifted them. They should tell patients prior to making the Appt. Only the patient is allowed inside so your companion is not outside in 100 degree weather. They should also tell you Appt. do not matter because you end up waiting on their time at least and hour to two. They are rude and have NO consideration of guest services or time management. Appointment at 215pm and it's 335pm. Awesome Job!

Could not get my eye glass prescription, even though I gave my birthday and confirmed all information asked. Don't understand why I had to fight just to get my prescription and still didn't receive it.

One star is extremely generous! I have been a patient with Dr. Morris for years and I fully trust and enjoy the work he does, BUT his staff leaves a whole lot to be desired! The person that answered the phone (Teresa) was not helpful at all! Because she had a problem verifying my insurance (apparently the verification website had been down all day), she spoke to me as if I broke the system, and she couldn't be bothered!

After explaining to me SEVERAL times that there would be a $100 charge if benefits can't be verified by the time of the appointment AND me agreeing, she still couldn't be bothered and didn't have any openings until the END of March! She still wanted me to call back tomorrow, to book for the end of March, because the benefits website "might" be back up! No respect for other people's time, as if she was doing me a favor, and not running a business!

I want to compliment how safe, clean and prepared this office is! When arriving, the staff opened the door and gave me a simple form with a few questions regarding CO-VID. I was instructed to go straight back to the restroom to wash my hands. You need to be wearing a mask to enter. All staff was wearing masks and Pete the optician was wearing a full face shield. I felt very safe a protected throughout my visit. Thank you staff and Dr. Morris! I really appreciate all they do. 05/14/20 was my appointment

I scheduled an appointment one month prior. I arrived 10 minutes early. I did not see the doctor until an HOUR after my scheduled appointment. I made this appointment an hour and a half before I needed to be at another appointment. You see the problem here, right? As all the reviews state, the actual eye doctor is pleasant and professional. The staff needs manners.

It seemed as though no one was interested in helping me pick out my frames. High volume of customers in one location. Not great during the pandemic as no one was socially distant. Save your time and your money and find a better optometrist and staff that actually value you as a customer.
